Beautiful views , lovely farmland with Llamas and Donkeys. Very clean and tidy , with lovely hot showers. Small useful mini shop on site. Owners and staff lovely and helpful . Would absolutely recommend and return again.

Absolutely everything! We stayed in one of the cabins and was pleasantly surprised at how big it was. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. There is a utility room on sit if needed, along with a little shop that has the essentials and local goodies.

The site itself is tucked away in the hills - meaning that there are beautiful views in every direction!

There is a beautiful walk with a stream and picnic area (great for searching for fairies with the little ones).

There animals are very content and gentle - it's been an absolute pleasure walking up to them every morning! Both our 3 year older and 18 year old have loved feeding/petting the animals.

Due to the location - star gazing is absolutely incredible - very little light pollution meaning it's perfect for sitting out with a hot chocolate. There are log burner to rent on site and everything you need for toasting marshmallows.

There is a lovely little playground that my little one absolutely loved! The site has clearly been well planned as everything seems to be in the perfect position! I love that cars park in designated areas, meaning the children can roam freely on the park/shop/animal area.

There are lots of great activities/days out within 15/20 minutes drive.

Staff are polite, kind and welcoming. This was our first time staying at this site and we will definitely be back again soon!

Lovely site, great facilities. The pitch we were given with young children wasn’t the best next to the lane with cars but did provide some shelter from the rain.

Loved the location. The surrounding views were amazing and it was lovely to wake up to.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. They offered lots of advice when we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the site. The shop was a nice touch and my son love the park and the animals.

Everything was clean and the showers were great. Although we didn't use it, the family/accessible bathroom as a great idea.

Second time here, great location.

This was without a doubt the best experience we had on a campsite. We stayed in one of the pods, a lot more spacious than we expected, with BBQ and eating area outside, location is just perfect, not too busy and all facilities were spot on.
Looking fwd to our next stay.

Beautiful scenery, clean toilets.

Moved onto another pitch from what we’d booked would’ve been fine but we ended up on seasonal pitches miles from anywhere for our anxious kids to go play, so a lot of being cooped up inside.
Not the fault of the owners but someone let their dog leave a large present behind on our pitch that was too wet to really pick up properly.
We stayed at five campsites during this holiday, the washing machine here was twice the price of the second most expensive, with a much older machine.
One of our companions unfortunately got their period unexpectedly, so I went to the shop onsite to buy some emergency supplies, I picked up two packages of sanitary towels from the shop and was charged £9.
The children have to be supervised at the playground, but those rules only seem to apply if you’re staying on the field, loads of children without any adults watching them.
