Yes, we have spent a lot of time working on the play park and this is constantly being upgraded. We do like to be competitive in our pricing too. As a team we all aim to be helpful as we are first and foremost campers too.
There are actually 4 toilets on site, 2 in each and there is a shower on each side which you is free to use during your stay. The water is heated up on demand and we have also upgraded the external boiler to the sink but if there is a demand for water all at once, it can take a little time. Our toilet block is cleaned and inspected twice a day depending on the numbers on site. We cannot be responsible for those who do not clean up after themselves in the toilets as we do not unfortunately offer a maid service as this would cost more.
As for the A17, there is not much we can do about the road noise as it runs parallel to the site and is a regular feedback point. If we could change it, we would. We do not hide this fact as it a recurring one.

We found out not so long ago that the Cafe next door has mainly been closed due to changes in ownership but it remains closed but it will be open at some point in the future. Geographically, we are located within a short drive to most towns and amenities so being mobile is paramount. You are absolutely right about the road noise as it is our number one complaint and there is not much we can do to change this. However it is well documented that we are close to a main road coming and going from Lincolnshire. Thanks again and we hope to see you again soon.

We are predominantly a family site and dogs are family members as far as we are concerned. We do take pride in the fact we are approachable and like to extend a warm welcome to those who choose to pitch with us. We are quite central to most places here and glad you ‘get’ our ethos about the site.
We take onboard fully your point about mirrors in the toilet as these were taken out to refurbish the but are taking a bit longer than we expected. However, these will be put back in very soon as they are on our list of maintenance jobs to complete.

Addressing your point on the cafe, we have found out recently from the owners that it has been closed due to ill health but will be open in the very near future as that’s what they plan to do. We like going in there for meals as we have built up a very good relationship with the owners.
We like to remain competitive price wise and appreciate you feeling the price of our service is about right. We do take great pride in the service we offer here as we do put our heart and soul into the site and appreciate it when others see what we do too.

We take great pride in the showers at The Beeches as we would not recommend anything we wouldn’t use ourselves. We can be less noisy as the road noise does impact on the site at times. Ho2ever, we are so glad you managed to have a quiet time whilst you pitched with us. We hope to welcome you back to The Beeches in the very near future.

Andrew, many thanks for your review. We have addressed your issue of signage as these are now ready to go up.
We do not have internet onsite for use by campers. The reason for this was due to cost and also because some campers specifically liked the fact that their children were encouraged to play outside and not be tied to phones. Unfortunately, we do not have very good signal in parts around the site due to our geographic location in a dip but reception is good nearer the A17.
Our toilet block is more than adequate as we recently revamped these. We are in essence a basic site but those who stay with us describe it as rustic, family orientated, and homely. We always give a warm welcome and introduce ourselves. Your party were given this too!
We are unsure exactly your comment about dilapidated sites as yes we are remodelling on site and this part of our long term plan. Work is taking place continuously to improve the site by caravan owners who are improving their pitches and this involves moving their furniture and belongings. We have spoken to owners to ensure this does happen again.
Outside the main gates are outbuildings which do not have anything to do with us therefore we have no control if you are speaking about the shed on the way up to the site or the industrial units. However, we came and spoke to you, your wife and made a fuss of your dog after you arrived and specifically asked if there were any problems to talk to us but instead you chose to post a defamatory review. At the end of the day, The Beeches is not a site for you. However, for others it is a perfect haven where they can relax knowing we can provide the best service for the price and are very approachable to assist in any way possible.
