Few issues that we wish to mention.
Value for money? We offer considerably more facilities than other sites, who are a lot more expensive per night. Plus we don't charge extras like so many do.
Low score for accommodation yet you brought your own campervan!
Customer Services. We greeted you upon arrive and you said you were getting picked up for a party very shortly. We wished you a good evening. You were collected and later brought back and first thing in the morning you left without saying anything.
Throughout your short and vacant visit where could we have improved our customer services?
The heating is off as so many campers in the night leave the doors opens making it pointless to put the heating on, but there is plenty of hot water.
Any pitches that are not concrete have issues with the considerable amount of bad weather we have had, at least sandy conditions dry quickly.
There is a large coat hanger and two small hangers next to the shower and above the window are five more small hangers..
Admittedly water can run out of the shower tray into the floor but the room is a wet room! And there are drains in the floor, not just the shower tray.
We welcome any feedback. That is how we built this place, on feedback but won't accept inaccurate feedback

They are absolutely adorable all of the animals and the campsite has great walks around for adventure, playground and facilities which cater to all. We only stayed the 1 night but will definitely return.

Pond really nice to walk around and great for fishing the pegs are easily accessible and flat.
