Another fantastic trip to Stillacres. We never go to the same sites more than once but this is our third trip here. Coming from South Wales its quite a trip.
The pitches are a good size, all completely level. The owners are veey friendly and helpful and basically just leave you to it. Toilet and shower block is one of the best we've had. Off lead dog field is brilliant, our 14 year old cocker pulled us down the lane to it every day.
Electric fob controlled gates at the entrance which is a brilliant security measure.
Large chest freezer for everyone's use.
There is some noise from the railway but it lasts for seconds and after a day or two you hardly notice it. I certainly wouldn't let it put me off visiting this site. We will be back next year I'm sure!

I am not sure where to start. Upon arriving early we did think we would have to wait for our pitch but we were wrong it was ready, we thought excellent great start. That’s when I should have realised it was too good to be true. We were clearly given a pitch that was an emergency pitch. After speaking with reception we were told all the pitches are the same size clearly they need to go a measure. We reserved a fully serviced grass pitch not sure where the grass is. The pitch was way too small to put an awning up. The lady was rude and didn’t offer any support only said we are full I will give you your money back. Our poor dog had to then make a long journey back. I am very disappointed that on a bank holiday weekend and when we had booked a few months ago we were left with nowhere to stay and had to go home. I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. I have stayed at fully serviced grass pitches and wow they have been amazing I feel the owners need to change the description as what they had offered is not what we had been given.

Sehr sauber. Ruhig. Sehr saubere und recht neue Sanitäranlagen. Bahnstation Richtung London ist nur ca. 3 km entfernt.

An absolutely beautiful site.Is definitely the best we have stayed on and we’ve been all over Europe too. The shower rooms were spotless, the little details like the clothes hooks, all so homely. The host is such a lovely lady and couldn’t of been more helpful, keep doing what your doing as it’s just perfect.

Amazing camping.
We enjoyed the area,the camping is well maintained, clean facilities and friendly owners. Hopefully we will come back into the future. Thanks😊

Great welcome on arrival.
The campsite was busy but very quiet.

Would have been nice if there had been a pub within walking distance but wouldn't stop us going back.
