We had a fantastic weekend stay at Setcops Farm. We arrived to a friendly greeting and a little tour of the campsite and we’re basically allowed to set up our trailer tent wherever we wished. There were great toilet facilities and even though there are no showers available it did not matter to us for the weekend. There was a paddock with Alpacas and a pig which the kids loved looking at. We were also able to rent a fire pit and buy logs which made for a lovely evening roasting marshmallows. Everything you could ask for from a campsite, relaxed, friendly and lovely views of the Lincolnshire countryside.

A shower block would be a real plus but know this is in the pipeline. Would just mean we could stay longer.

Lovely site, friendly owners. We booked last minute and there was a lot more on site than we were expecting. We had a wonderful nights stay, planning to visit again soon.

From arrival we were greeted by Eleanor & Paul with such a welcoming presence, we were shown around the site, asked any questions which they were more than happy to answer before we got setup. The site itself was extremely peaceful with beautiful views, the alpacas and dotty the pig which really won over the children. There's lots to do around the local area with leaflets located in the wedding barn.

Both host couldn't be anymore accommodating which really is a blessing when travelling with small children Paul hosted a nightly quiz, games for the children and daily animal feeds! The quiz really brings everybody on the campsite together and the hosts always had the time to have a chat.

On one of the days my wife had a little to much sun and burnt her shoulders, Eleanor went out of her way to find some after sun for her to use which was just amazing and such a kind and considerate thing to do, the world needs more people like Paul and Eleanor.

We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend to anyone! We will also be returning in the near future if not to win Paul's quiz.

Everything was perfect.

Good location and quiet ( although it is family orientated and play area encouraged for children in center of camping field can inevitably lead to ball games and noise) When I was there ball games continued until 10pm and no rules to prevent this.

We knew there were no showers we read the site detail. However it mentions a toilet block....
There was none it was two 'portaloos ' at the edge of the field.
( Perhaps the 'toilet block' was out of order but no explanation given or even mentioned, it was like ' that's normal on the site '
1 Water tap on a big site, you will need a 100 meter long hose if you
don't or can't carry a water container as access to the tap was constantly blocked by resident vehicles.
No rules on site, eg noise curfew, ball games around camper vans, caravans etc. ( let's face it you can't rely on some parents to be respectable ).

Don't get me wrong, this is my honest review, its a great place but needs improvement for the price to be comparative to other sites.
Perhaps have some reasonable rules, set a play area away from expensive campers, better signage for campers, expand the lack of tap access situation so thete is 1 or 2 taps to the camp fields.
I read in other reviews showers to be fitted... This is over a year ago.
Perhaps expedite this and get the
' toilet block' wherever that is resolved and get rid of the let's face it... Horrid portaloos.

Owners was lovely and welcoming! We stayed and chilled on the site all day as the sun was out! We ordered pizza to the camp site, then later did a quiz night in the bar area which was really good.

A bit over priced for porterloos although they were clean

Currently using portable loos which wasn’t ideal but this was only due to a problem with the usual toilets so unavoidable for the owners.
