Location good for walking directly from site or driving short distances to nearby towns and attractions. Lovely to have the use of an amazing on-site observatory, although we were there around the longest day, so it was difficult to see much as the sky was not dark enough. A good reason to return later in the year!
Не понравилось: A shame to see scorched grass patches near our pitch from previous guests, on the otherwise beautifully kept area, which staff obviously work hard to keep looking good. They reasonably ask their guests to keep bbq’s raised off the grass.
Thank you for your amazing review we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are in the perfect location for to explore Mid Wales and to see all that it has to offer.
We do talk to people about making sure their BBQ's are 12 inches off the ground but sometimes this can be a little to late when we see it is not and the grass is already scorched.
We hope to see you back again soon, then you will get chance to use the stargazing dome and telescope to your full advantage.

Added bonus of a free to use mini observatory dome complete with chairs, beanbags and central telescopic for you explore the night sky. Very, very peaceful with 30 - 40 minute walk into the lovely Prestiegn which has very old buildings, is full of history and has all the shops pubs and cafes you need. We stayed an extra night as the price was so cheap (reduced offer booked through Pitchup) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent WiFi at our pitch, we could even stream a film on Netflix without any buffering.

Its nice to hear you got change to use our stargazing dome, as we are in a dark skies community and you do get to see some amazing sights at night. We did upgrade our wi fi on park too last year so we are glad to hear that it works how we expected it to.
