Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, fabulous walks. The site was immaculate, facilities were spotless, grass cut regularly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dog washing station. Laundry was well equipped, kitchen area clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and would go again. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The facilities were absolutely fantastic. So current, up to date and thoughtfully put together. I don’t have a dog but they even had a dog shower room complete with fur dryer! Fridge and microwave in utility room. Perfect for those without EHU. Really spaced out pitches. River running behind the section we were in and the wildlife was fantastic. Let’s just say that we ‘herd splashing about in the river’! Photos to follow…. Really friendly reception staff (thank you for being lovely when I had had quite enough of travelling and was a little discombobulated on arrival!). Top class. Will absolutely be coming back for longer next time.

The site is the best site we have stayed. The site was so peace full and the river running through the park was a delight. We loved it so much we have left out tourer in their store and stay. We managed to vist the other 2 sites which were also very nice. The staff are so helpful and facilities were kept to an excellent value.

Hate the 30 second press showers please git rid of no good when trying to wash hair and low pressure had my head against wall trying to get water to rinse shampoo.

Mis advertising the walk to the village is along a very dangerous country rd narrow no paths .wouldn't want to do it with children.

The river walk is short along bottom of campsite takes few mins most and doesn't go to the village .

Upon arrival we received a warm friendly welcome. All details were pointed out, including where our pitch was, wifi details, facilities etc
The site was beautiful. Although we had booked one we were given a riverside pitch. The tranquil setting provided for a peaceful stay. Pitches were plenty large enough, the field we were in was quiet we had loads of room to play football, rounders etc with the kids. Both the kids and the dog spent loads of time paddling in the river which for the best part was only knee deep (some bits are deep though so beware with young children!) The facilities were plentyful and spotless! Large toilets and showers, well equipped washup/laundry area with fridges and freezers, a small selection of books, DVDs, puzzles and games to borrow. A brilliant dog wash area every little detail has been though of.

The only thing we didn't like was that the rules stated no noise after 10pm. We felt this was a little early, the site was silent just after 10pm so even walking over to toilet block we felt even a whisper was been too loud. Whilst we respected the rule because of other campers etc we feel 11pm would be more suitable. This is however our personal opinion and doesn't take away from the positives of the site.

Excellent shower/washing facilities, lovely pitch next to the river, excellent dog facilities - dog park and wash room, lovely peaceful location. Excellent advice from owner when walking into town with dog.
