We have been a number of times before over the last 5 years.

Location- beautiful setting, lovely large park and field for kids to play on. Some kids left rubbish on the park but that isn’t the parks fault, that is the parents!

Bathroom- lovely clean bathrooms. They have hooks in now too so you can hang stuff up. Brilliant showers.

Nice grass pitches- yes some are on a slope but nothing unmanageable.

We had a lovely time with friends and family.

Didn’t use WiFi so can’t comment on that.

Some of the track needs some repair work to it to level it out.

It is a long way to the new toilet block.

The view was lovely and the location pretty good.

Arrived to find no one in the office but someone did come. I asked a question but he ignored me. We then got the pitch number which was very uneven and made it difficult to climb into our caravan for both myself and especially our young grandchildren. I took my granddaughter to what I thought was the closest toilet block but on the way someone said they were locked and not working!! No explanation as to why. We had to climb the hill to use the portacabin toilets and showers. There weren't enough for everyone on the camp and were not kept very clean. I know it's the campers who dirty them but I didn't see anyone clean them all weekend.

We saw someone trimming the trees but no one else.

No-one was checking at the park and some of the kids were awful. We could also smell weed being smoked on the camp near the woods.

For the money we paid, I expected a better camp. We won't stay again.

Very friendly staff. Playpark on site. Toilets and showers on site. Close to local convenience stores. Freedom to have BBQs and campfires. Lovely

Slightly uneven pitches, made camping a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely open campsite with great views and a adjoining a little woodland that you can walk through. Also had a play park on site. Felt safe with entry/exit barriers and security cameras. Shower block always clean.

Could do with an additional shower block at peak times (one block at top of main field) and if I’m being super picky, a cover over the washing up area for wet weather.

We had a lone weekend away camping with 8 adults and children aged between 1 to 11 years. All the kids loved it, the park is great and our pitches were spot on.
The kids loved the woods, they played in them daily (for hours) All the kids took bikes and the place is great for playing on their bikes. Would recommend and will be coming back *****

The only down side is the shop isn't very well stocked with things you'll need on a daily basic while camping, but there are shops a short drive away.

A quiet site where pitches were flat and the grass had been recently cut.

The site is on a slope, meaning you constantly were rolling downhill when trying to sleep. All facilities were at the top of the site, which were limited in number and could have benefited from more regular cleaning. The bins were overflowing with rubbish.
