Hi Michelle, We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Our toilet block is listed on Pitch Up as unisex and always has been perhaps you didn't notice this at the time of booking. We have a notice board onsite with a site map showing the waste facility's at the entrance to the site (big green skip with pointer farm on the side). We used to have recycling bins but the campers just threw it in any bin so now we use a company whom recycles at there facility we have certification from them that 100% of waste is recycled. I'm not sure if you could hear music from elsewhere but it certainly wasn't coming from the main house we also have small children and work all weekend at the campsite. Perhaps it was the local pub whom often have a band on outside in good weather? The campsite was fully booked this weekend and we haven't received any complaints about noise just positive feedback ? Also I see a customer service as 1 star you called me about a power issue and I arrived within minutes and sorted this for you which wasn't an issue with our facility.
