What's not to like! Friendly staff, choice of high or low ground, 24 hour barn area with vending , seating and toilets. Nice big shower, all kept in good order and cleaned regularly.

It's on the 3 peaks route.

Everything about this campsite is excellent. The staff are incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful with any request. The facilities are generally well-maintained with two showers, several toilets and the use of the barn 24/7 (the only place where the wifi works) with a snack vending machine and a coffee machine. There are also secure lockers (£1 per use - non refundable - which is fair I think!) that have power sockets in them.
The pitch field is clean and has plenty of space and there are ample taps for drinking water by the barn. The car parks are quite small, so best to minimise number of vehicles if possible. The nearest food/pub is 2 miles away, otherwise it's Ingleton (5 miles away, most food places stop around 8pm - but Ingleton pizza is worth a visit if you're late arriving).

This was a chilled, happy camping experience and we would definitely go again!!

Peaceful quiet and relaxing beautiful scenery.
This basic campsite has all you need the Barn with Drinks accessible all day via vending machines plus breakfast can be ordered daily which we loved and was very tasty.
Wi-Fi available in the barn along with lockers with charging points for mobiles and gadgets.
Team at the site are very helpful it’s a working farm but they don’t mind stopping to chat or help with questions or assistance when you need it

Only thing I’d change is the sign for the campground is small and easily missed from the main road

Was picturesque. Had all the amenities of a hotel yet all the wildness of a camp.
Nice and quiet. Picturesque views in all directions. Metres off the 3 peaks route and the sound of running water to help you sleep.
Owned and managed by a lovely clearly hardworking couple.

Second time I've pitched here, gutted I haven't had more time to be back before. Fabulous location if you're in to walking. Great views from the campsite and easy to access the Y3P.
The barn has great info and route maps of walks along with tables and chairs, vending machines and charging lockers for mobile devices. Snack bar open on weekends (had a fabulous bit of chocolate cake before). And the family that run it are all lovely. Checking in is easy, choose where you want to pitch, proper electrics showers that are nice and hot and everything is kept tidy and clean. Great site for chatting to fellow walkers, campers and explorers.

Great location with beautiful views. Great and safe location for our little puppy too. All amenities were clean and tidy and great location to go for walks straight from the tent.
