The site was clean and quiet and the views were stunning and perfect for stargazing. Although we couldn't park by the pitch there were wheelbarrows available to use and the guy came round with a trailer to offer help taking things back to the car which made life so much easier.

Nothing to dislike, it was a perfect weekend.

Loved being able to have a fire, the staff were friendly and the view was lovely. The showers were nice and clean, only a short walk from anywhere on the site.

An ideal campsite in a beautiful location. Our hosts were delightful and always on hand when you need them. Great pitches with lots of space, facilities are just what you need with hot showers and flushing loos. The coast is a 5 minute drive away and the mountains are 30 mins. We are avid campers preferring a wilder experience without all the fuss and this really is one of the top campsites we have been too. We even stayed an extra 2 nights! We are back in wales next year and will definitely stay again

Really welcoming to the site and happy to help with anything. Great choice of pitch spots and liked the addition of a campfire with each spot. The site is very nice and hidden away. The facilities are very good and clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

It’s a nice little campsite. Convenient to get to from the north of England and close enough to the coast and Snowdonia for day trips out. The facilities are in new, cute huts on the main field - the showers were a great temperature and pressure. The pitches were flattish and spaced out. There is a nice short walk to the top of the hill for fabulous 360 degree views and sunset if you are lucky with the weather.

It is over-priced for what is on offer. We have two kids over 16, so was £48 per night which was pretty steep - you would expect a better location (eg walking distance to the coast etc) or better facilities for that money.

The sinks in the toilets are very small and only have cold water so not much good for brushing your teeth or washing your face. The washing up sinks only have very small draining boards so there is not much space to put anything you have washed. If all the pitches were full, which they weren’t when we were there, there would be queues for all the facilities (only 3 showers, 3 toilets and 2 washing up sinks) - but they were fine for us.

The grass was long and could have done with being cut.

There is a fire pit on every pitch which is a nice touch, but not great for global warming and it does mean you are very likely to have lots of smoke around as almost every pitch plays with fire!

Beautiful site with large pitches, facilities to have a fire pit for each pitch, lovely clean facilities and great hosts, peaceful and stunning views. Shops a short drive away and Conwy and Llandudno both nearby for days out.
