The location is perfect. Easily accessible from Llandudno and Conwy but is still really secluded and quiet. It was a great place for us to be able to switch off for a night and enjoy each others company. The facilities are basic but working and clean. EHU worked flawlessly and it was really convenient having water taps closer to the pitches so we didn't have to walk far. We'd seen complaints of how narrow the access road was but we made it down with no problems in a LWB T5, and passed the one car we saw with ease at a passing place. I can't comment on mobile signal as I didn't check my phone but that was part of the reason we chose the site.

The occasional smell of sewers, possibly depending on which way the was blowing but it wasn't constant so wasn't a deal breaker.

Quiet and other campers friendly

There was a double booking on our pitch. It took a long time for Debbie to arrive to discuss by which time we had worked out a solution with the other people. No refund offered despite sharing a pitch.
No flat grass area only the gravel.

Was welcomed by owner on arrival everything went smooth quiet location I had long wheel base camper and lots room great for kids showers was clean and great after wild camping

Nothing to dislike

Very convenient for a one-night stop as we traveled across N Wales. Simple and straight forward.

No level grass on which to erect a tent or awning, although this was stated in the site details.

Peaceful and quiet.
Debbie was very welcoming.
Enough Open space, even allowing to walk through the farmers fields if no sheep lanes are nice for a stroll and the little brook running through was good for the kids as well as the tire swing and hills for the bikes. Grass to be able to sit out in the sun and even enough gravel ground for the caravan to be parked and enough space between pitches.
Clean Showers and Hot Water with Temp gauge.
Toilets basic but again clean.

No fault of the owner or site, the data signal for Internet was really hit and miss if you want to break away from modern life and switch off then it's a massive plus. If you need to be connected to the Internet and wider world for what ever reasons you may find you will struggle 90% of the day.
Workmen staying on site again no fault of the owners and they were not really an issue but just a dislike.

Nice spot in the hills.
Showers and toilets fine.
Owners were really helpful and lovely to chat with.
Liked listening to the burn flowing beside us.

The drive up the winding,hilly road to reach the site.
Then the drive back down hoping we didn’t meet anyone 🤣
I wouldn’t like to tow a caravan up the road.

Enjoyed our lovely 2-night stay. Facilities are the basics but had everything we needed and all clean and functional. Owners really friendly and helpful. Extremely quiet and secluded, and lovely to be next to a stream. Had a couple of bars of signal the majority of the time. Had no problem making/taking calls and streaming a 90-minute video to a laptop with no stuttering or interruptions. Well located for Bodnant garden (National Trust) and the Welsh Mountain Zoo, both lovely days out. Also fabulous food at a local garden centre cafe, The Olive Grove. Narrow road on the way in but our van is 6.5m long and we had no problems at all.
