There were a lot of children on site during your stay as it was the school half term holidays and while we do what we can when issues are raised with us regarding children on site - ultimately it is up to their parents to keep them under control. We need to be made aware of problems at the time of them happening, not afterwards on a review as there is nothing we can do after you have left the site to rectify the issue.
We're sorry you felt there was nothing to do when the weather is poor but unfortunately the weather is out of our control (and gets us down when it's wet as much as it does our guests!) but there are plenty of activities locally that we could have advised you of had you popped into Reception. It's slightly unfair to mark us down for lack of facilities/activities when we don't actually advertise as having any on site...
We hope you reconsider your decision not to visit again so that we can show you what Bala has to offer, and hopefully you might have some better weather next time!
