Clean and tidy facilities. Lovely hot water. Well kept grass which is great for pitching a tent. Friendly staff around in the morning. Easy to find campsite with plenty of space. Good price per person. Quiet campsite, great for a peaceful stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful. We booked Pebbly barn as we wanted to explore the idyllic villages of Bourton on the water and Morton in Marsh. We also wanted to visit Diddly Squat!
It was a perfect location.
John the owner was so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The toilets, showers and camping grass areas are spotless. It’s a really nice touch that the toilets are all separate for maximum privacy.
The camping area has such manicured grass you could be centre court at Wimbledon and the surrounding area has been planted beautifully.
Pitches are flat, sheltered from the wind, and ground is just right for pegs.

All in all, this place is unspoiled, beautiful little piece of paradise (especially when the sun shines!)
I would 100% recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Absolutely love this place. As a solo traveller with my dogs I was greeted with a warm hello from John, telling me I could pitch wherever I like in the huge field so I opted for shade under the oak tree. The toilets and showers are immaculate. Huge safe dog field with stream & bench & even a secure little field which was fab for one of mine who hasn’t got great recall. Moreton is a 40 mins walk through picturesque lanes & fields. I always think although Moreton still has all of the character it is slightly more “real cotswolds” than other places too, not attracting quite as many hoards of people. This site is friendly, safe, Idyllic & peaceful, 100% I’ll be coming again. Thanks for having me. Lucy PS: safe for little ones & I don’t know about wifi as I was down the field

Quite far away from shops

Lots of space on the site, great amenities including plenty of hot water for the showers. The owners were lovely and on hand if any help was required. We had a wonderful few days camping here and would definitely return

The staff were so kind and welcoming on arrival , after setting up we decided we’d take the offer of hiring a fire pit … and it made my sons night, roasting marshmallows on the fire.

The staff were so accommodating they even brought the fire pit over to the van with lighters and logs (best £15 we spent ).

Toilets were super clean and the showers were great too.

Site was brilliantly maintained and John was an excellent host, even dropping off logs late in the evening. The tent pitches field is very large so you could pitch far away from anyone else if you wanted to. The facilities were very clean and covered all the essentials.

Just be aware that it's a fair walk to the nearest shop or pub. Need to have your own transport or be relatively fit to make it there and back.

Lovely site. Facilities were very clean! The setting was lovely. John was very accommodating. Great that you could have BBQ and campfire. About 40 minute walk to Moreton.

Very clean and friendly campsite. Lots of room to choose where to pitch up and ideal 30-40 min walk into moreton-on-marsh with a selection of pubs and cafes
