Lovely farm shop and restaurant. Immaculate toilet block and site. Lovely friendly team. Will definitely return!

Adjacent road was noisy in the evening but we think that was due to overnight roadworks.
Unfortunately the wife that we paid for wasn’t working.

Site is nicely laid out, easy to find and pretty quiet. The pricing is fair. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the dog exercise field is good. WiFi about the best we’ve had on site. Toilet/showers warm and clean.

Site advertised as having a farm shop and restaurant. We arrived at 4pm to find both shop and cafe closed; so no food available. There are pubs within a short drive but disappointing to find that the facilities advertised weren’t available.

As a mature couple this trip was organised by our wonderful daughter in law as a surprise birthday treat for our son.
We stayed in a shepherds hut. It was modern and spotlessly clean.
The bed was very comfortable and the hut had everything we needed including a TV! The staff were so helpful and friendly.
The farm shop is brilliant with a range of fresh products and gift items
We had breakfast and Sunday lunch in the restaurant and both were first class.

This isn't a critique. I think it would be useful to have a handrail on the steps to the hut. In our stage of life it help to have the extra safety.

Loved every part of this site, exceptionally clean toilets, showers, washing up facilities, friendly caring staff from checking it to leaving, lovely farm shop, amazing Sunday dinner, once tent was packed up a sausage bap with a coffee before the journey home.
Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back

Facilities not 5 star, only 3 shower cubicles for each sex. For a nearly full site this was inadequate.
Food not the best in the cafe/ restaurant.
Others guest taking short cut, by walking through your pitch mainly dog walkers.

We stayed at New Lodge Farm over the bank holiday. First time visiting and won’t be our last! Very welcoming site. All staff that we met were always happy to help and supper friendly. The toilets and showers were amazingly clean and heated too. The showers are spacious and have plenty of hooks for your towels/clothes.
Pitches are of a good size. Adults only a bonus.
The Farm Shop has all that you need from milk, bread and plenty of meat for your bbqs.
Fantastic restaurant with quality food and choice. Love the themed nights. We booked for the Sunday Roast and food, service and atmosphere were first class. Booked the swim spa also which was amazing.
All in all can’t wait to go back.

Everything!! Beautiful pitch, exceptional staff, best farm shop ever, and possible the best roast dinner, for years( booking required) all facilities were top notch, showers etc warm and spotless. Well done Sarah, Simon and team. X

Brilliant site, made very welcome and lovely clean site, you can hear the road but as an adults only site the sound of the road compared to children is bliss.....p.s we have a 3 year old granddaughter who we love very much so we don't dislike children. But honestly a fantastic site no quibbles just pure relaxation, thankyou everyone at New Lodge you will definitely see us again
