Absolutely loved our stay at New inn sad to be home, nothing was too much for the hosts and the campsite has everything you could need. Definitely think it will be our home away from home this summer thank you again

We had an absolutely lovey stay at New Inn. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and helpful. The meadow was so pretty and we loved the individual tent pitches that had been mown out. You had so much space around instead of being squashed in by other tents. The children loved seeing the chickens on the site and there were other animals close by they could see and hear. Having a bar on site was great too! There was a gorgeous little park nearby which the kids loved too (recommended by the hosts). There were little fire pits at every pitch which was great for us to toast marshmallows with the kids in the evening. It also felt really safe for us to allow the kids to run around as we could see them wherever they were in the site, they absolutely loved it! The toilets were clean and spacious so easy to take the children in there without being squashed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to go back ourselves!

We love everything about this camp site but I have to say the owners Leigh and Michaela make it what it is. Nothing is too much trouble for them including general interaction with the children (which i love as my little girl loves to gab) and playing hide and seek with the children.

This was our second stay here this year and we honestly cannot wait to go back.

This campsite is awesome! The owners are immensely helpful & even charged our flat car battery twice!
They do animal feeding, hunts and there is a park close by for kids. Everything is in one field so you can keep an eye on the kids. They sell delicious draught beer!
This is easily the best site to go to with kids!

Everything. The owners so are helpful and friendly. The kids loved the animal feeding and rock hunt. So much space on and around the pitches, I could go on for hours about how good this place is.

Absolutely nothing.

This was a super little campsite. We really liked how they didn’t try and overfill it and cram in as many pitches as possible - there was plenty of space between everyone and it’s charming how the pitches are mown out of the wildflower meadow. You felt the kids were safe playing all over the site and you could more or less see them at all times. After pitching the tent we enjoyed a nice cold beer served out of the onsite bar, which was just what was needed on a hot sunny day! The toilets/showers aren’t fancy but absolutely adequate and clean. But the thing we liked best was how welcoming and friendly the owners were. Lee was always visible and helpful - and just brilliant with all the kids on the site (our son especially enjoyed watering the tadpoles with him!). There was a bonfire on the Saturday night with marshmallows and chocolate biscuits for the kids all FOC. Then, on the Sunday morning all the kids were invited to help him feed the animals (chickens, sheep and pigs) and help themselves to fresh eggs from the hen house. He made sure everyone was involved and got their chance to interact with the animals. Overall we couldn’t fault them and will definitely be visiting again!

Disliked nothing! Only thing that may have enhanced the visit even more would have been a small play area for the kids but that said they weren’t bored at anytime.

This is a fantastic camp site. Great hosts and facilities. Would recommend as the best overall campsite in the Llangollen area. Even the neighbours use the friendly bar facility. Look forward to re visiting and more motorcycle green lanes in North Wales. Well done Lee & Michaela.

Nothing not too like here. Warm welcome. Made to feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money including drinks at bar. Nice and relaxing vibe. Definitely going back. 👌

A hidden gem of a place.
Fantastic base to explore Wales.
Cannot recommend it too highly!
An outdoor bar area, with draught beers on tap, at more than reasonable prices, barbecue facilities with seating areas.
The site says no Wi-Fi, but you can get 3/4 G reception.
