A lovely park for children as well as crazy golf to keep the youngsters entertained

We liked the friendly hospitality, spotlessly clean services, well maintained pitches and site as a whole. The bar and restaurant gave us first class food. The chef needs great feedback. WiFi at the bar was astonishingly fast.
First name terms will everyone we met.
The site was so quiet at night.

I would have liked more golden/darker ales to choose from. Bottles even - maybe be easy to try out.

Excellent site and facilities, very clean and tidy, spacious pitches, first ever visit with our motorhome to a site and we picked one of the best. Spoke to others who also said the site was one of the best.
Very nice bar and restaurant with friendly attentive staff.

The size of the pitches were fantastic and so well kept, toilets and showers very clean and a very nice bar area serving good food a d drink, fantastic place

Nothing to dislike, maybe an on site shop but they even said they were looking into that

Lovely big pitch clean site with great views .lovely clean showers and toilets washing machine very cheap to use have paid a lot more elsewhere.restaurant good food nice just a shame that they is no we’re you can take a dog inside apart from the pods.as if hot they soon over heat in there.lovely friendly staff and very helpful

Helen at reception was great! Very friendly and helpful.
The site is very well laid out. Lots of space and very safe for the kids to roam free on bikes and scooters. Also have a nice little park with sand pit. Also badminton net, crazy golf and pitch and putt with equipment available from reception at no charge!
Long trail walks to walk with the kids and dogs upto the dog walking area where the dogs can run free in a great space. The site was very clean. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and the main park area is easily accessible. The path ways upto the dog walking area are gravel so are a little more tricky but I managed it fairly well. Can't wait to go back again next yeat

No onsite shop. But the is one 10 mons walk down the lane. Wifi was a little patchy but that may have just been our phones.

Everything was fantastic what a fab site. very clean, staff was so friendly and helpful, restaurant was lovely and food was great at reasonable prices. Lots to do for kids with a park, sand pit, crazy golf, walk to the river. Pitches was really big and spacious, would definitely recommend and will be back. Location was stunning with amazing views.

What a fantastic site, we will be back.
We were greeted by Clive who was very friendly & knowledgable & handed us a handy welcome pack with information about the site & local area, as well as emergency numbers in case they were required.
The pitch its self was great, nice & big & we were advised we could pitch up any way we like, which is the first time we have experienced this with our caravan. All pitches had electrical hook up, water, waste water & TV connections, unfortunately the way we pitched meant our waste water pipe didn't reach but still not a problem as we could empty it in to the drain on the pitch rather than a communal area.
The facilities were great, nice & clean & lovely showers meant we didn't need to use our caravan bathroom at all.
Great bar on site with a good choice of alcoholic & soft drinks & Rhys the barman was very friendly.
We can't comment on the food due to not eating at the restaurant or Pizza hut but it appeared to always be busy.
As a whole the site was well maintained & staff all very friendly.

Not really a dislike but a consideration & was mentioned at the time of our stay to staff.
Due to dogs not being allowed in the restaurant/bar it would be nice if there was a covered & maybe heated area to sit with the dogs so a drink if it is raining or slightly cold could still be an option.
Also we were hoping to get a pizza one night but it was closed before we got back despite checking the website for its opening times, again we did mention this to the staff & thankfully we were able to pop to the local garage/shop to get food to cook in our caravan.
