The site and facilities where very clean. Lots of dog walks. Friendly and accommodating staff. Pods in beer garden where you can have a meal and take your dog. Good food.

Large site, with very large pitches in which you can pitch your caravan in any direction you want.

Booked an adults only pitch, but due to a lot of seasonal pitches there are children on there so cannot really say it is adults only. The park states that all dogs should be on a lead at all times, this does not happen, especially with seasonal pitches, think they have own rules. As we have a dog who is wary of other dogs this put us on edge for our stay. Toilets/shower block looks lovely from the outside, but is not cleaned often enough when the site is busy, as toliet paper all over the floor, very smelly!

Staff amazing. Site is beautiful. Very well kept. Arthur’s restaurant food and service was excellent. Outdoor pods were a great experience. Like private dining and cannot fault anything.

Not a lot to dislike but to be constructive.
I didn’t like that dogs aren’t allowed in the bar but understand as it is stunning inside. However a conservatory would be really good for the colder months as most have dogs and I feel you are missing out on revenue although the pods are great.
We had no hot water in the shower block on day 2 and day 4 hot water run out half way through my shower.
Service points can be far away and it needs to be highlighted you need a lot of pipe for waste and water or to bring your waste caddy. I don’t bring one when on a fully serviced pitch and was very lucky to just have enough hose with me.
All very minor and this site as i say is great and is still being expanded and improved. Local pub and people were welcoming and very friendly.

Just returned home from our first motorhome trip. Meadow Springs Country and Leisure park was perfect!!!! Just what we needed for our 1st trip. The owners and staff here are amazing!!!! Nothing was too much trouble. Clive, managed to fit us in for an extra night too, which was much appreciated, as we got to see the band that was on. Arthur's restaurant and bar is stunning and we spent lots of time in here. We will absolutely be back here in the not too distant future. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed so much about this site. Lovely clean facilities, well laid out, generous sized pitches, great park for the children that was barked so accessible even after rain. There were lots of places to walk the dog. Everyone was friendly.

Not really dislikes but a mention; the ground was quite hard and we did struggle with the pegs for a while. There was no Wi-Fi signal so we couldn't access this, but we did have good phone signal. You couldn't take your dog into the bar/ restaurant, but they had 3x pods outside that you could sit in.

Large pitches, and the surrounding scenery was lovely. We were met by Clive who was very nice and were looking forward to a nice stay. Think once they get to the stage we're everything is ready it will be an amazing site.

Felt like the site was not ready, showers closed off for four days out of our five due to mastik waiting to set in showers, ladies toilets light went out once you closed toilet doors, this could be a safety issue, it did stay on when shower was used or if you stood in main area on entry or using sinks, not the case in men's or in laundry room. There was a lot of maintenance being done. Also the entry barrier was always up so anyone could have drive in the pitch areas and the road in and out was busy and speed limit ignored especially by delivery people. Noticed quite a few dogs not on leads but no staff seemed to be watching for this. We could not book into restaurant any evening as was booked up with outside diners coming in. I had read on another review this was the case but nothing was said until I asked.
Just felt like nothing was quite ready.

Lovely modern well considered site. We enjoyed the rural setting. Upon arrival we received an informative pack and were warmly greeted by a lovely lady in reception. The pitches are an excellent size and accommodated our large twin axle, awning and car with ease (definitely need rock pegs for tough ground). The site was quiet during our visit but facilities were clean and well maintained, we particularly liked the dog wash as travelling with two large adventurous dogs means dirt gets everywhere! WiFi to the pitch worked well and allowed us to enjoy some catchup tv of an evening. Our daughter enjoyed the play park which was nicely finished and well spaced out. Arthur’s restaurant was busy most nights despite the site being quiet (low season). We managed to have a meal on our arrival day which was steak and rib night and the meals were generous in size, tasty and reasonably priced (I would add prices above typical caravan site eateries but the quality was befitting of this) and the staff were all very polite and friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.

The off lead dog field was a generous size but sadly due to the quagmire of mud and water logging completely unusable. Having two large dogs that enjoy off lead time this is something we actively look for at a site. Things were however, beyond the control of the site (nobody can help the weather!) but the ample paved walks and dog wash made up for this.

The site is beautiful, modern and very clean.
The man on reception was lovely and very passionate about the site made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived
