Gate strait into the forest, fishing lake, helpful staff, nice short grass

A real gem of a site. Farm animals, small pond with fish and on the edge of the Wyre Forest. The rear Whitty Pear tree within walking distance also. Farm eggs also. Hardcore pitches and plenty of grass. Lots of water points.

Slight traffic noise from the main road, but this died down after 10pm. The field is slopping in some areas, but nothing major. We were unfortunate enough to visit at the same time as a large family, with rude children, but the way some people raise their children isn't the fault of the site, who were lovely.

We stayed here for one night as it was the first time taking our daughter camping, but I wish we could have stayed the whole weekend we all really enjoyed it!
We loved the animals that rome around which are all very friendly and no bother at all, the fish pond and it being literally a foot step away to the wyre forest for a walk was just amazing. And to top if off we got given fresh eggs in the morning and an offer to ride the horse

Easy to book, easy to locate, easy to get in contact with just an all around great stay and my daughter is now in love with camping!

It was very safe for the children. As parents, we were very comfortable because our children could run and play safely.

Their toilet was inadequate, and actually it wasn't a toilet, it was a different thing made of wood, there was no soap, if they did something about it, everything could be perfect.

The nature and the farm

Joe who greeted us was lovely, v friendly. Campsite was calm and chilled with lots of trees/woods which the kids loved. Inspired us to return with fishing rods due to the pool

Found it odd there was no soap of any description in the toilets, only 1 toilet each sex and no shower (I did know this before booking but I think it would make a huge difference to how long people would stay). I'd defo stay again. Ut my limit would be 1 night. If there were showering facilities I could happily stay Fri to Sunday as kids loved it

This is our third trip to Lucy's Farm and it's brilliant.

Simple site with no frills (my kids love the fact there are no showers) in a super location with a horse, geese and free range chickens (which are given to campers for breakfast).

You can walk through the woods to Go Ape and the Wyre Forest Cafe, where there are plenty of benches, so you can have a coffee while your kids play in the park.

The pub up the road has an incredible selection of wine & ale and the food is really good too.

This place is perfect for a few days away from it all and the owners are LOVELY.

Added bonus is you can buy a wheelbarrow of logs and sit round a fire if the evening is chilly.

We'll be back soon, I'm sure.

The toilet block is VERY basic (but clean and absolutely fine if you're not expecting more). Bring your own hand soap and be ready to wash in cold water.

There is a lake / pool at the bottom, so maybe not great for toddlers.

Very pretty site with roaming sheep, hens and a pony, located on the edge of the Wyre Forest with great cycle/walking. Owners were very welcoming and brought us delicious fresh eggs from their hens in the morning.

Not really dislikes but thought I’d mention it’s on a busy road so camp further down the field. The hens are like a tramp on chips at the first sign of food. We found it funny but you do have to be careful with your food.

Small and peaceful site. Beautifully kept and friendly owner.
Perfect for animal lovers with VERY friendly horse and chickens!
Close to days out, Wyre forest and West Midlands safari park.
Facilities are basic but clean. 1000% recommend and already planning the next trip with friends next time!
