Friendly owners, lovely campsite.

How maintained the campsite was and how quiet it was. Facilities were good and kept clean.

Our last day was the first day of the summer holidays meaning the campsite got very busy. Whilst the facilities are good and well maintained there is only 3 toilets and 1 shower which can be tricky to navigate when the site is so busy. Not a dislike but something to bear in mind.

Perfect location, Perfect campsite. If you’re like us and want to escape the hustle of real life look no further. Basic but perfect working facilities. Only one shower on site but never had a problem using it as site is small. Shower always had hot water. Wildlife and animals all around as it is a working farm. Just loved every second.

Nothing to dislike if this type of camping is your thing.

Quiet site with large level pitches. Basic, clean facilities as described. Dry accommodating: allowed us to pitch a tent behind our motor home so that we could be together. Friendly staff. (Glad our son had his car to get around).

Ste was so helpful and the grounds were lovely. A small site with everything you need for a weekend away! The toilets were cleaned and checked regular and the shower was great.
The location was ideal as Buxton is one of our favourite places with so much to do and see.
We can't wait to come back!

This site is absolutely amazing. Good location to get to some of the exciting adventures like Monsal Trail, Chee Dale Stepping Stones Mam tor etc. very clean. Site manager is an absolute legend. Cows and sheep surrounding you and lovely to wake up to. Amazing view for your brew in the morning. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Only thing really was the drive in as it is full of pot holes and a bit of a stretch.
