The park was clean and well kept. The lady warden in the office when I was greeted was friendly and helpful. Its a return visit and hopefully we will return again.
Не понравилось: Noisy up and til late past 11pm. Children playing in the park past dark playing with lit torches. Alot of rowdy singing and shouting from the otherside from where we were in Swan. Our neighbour was shouting and laughing until after 11pm. When I had to shout and tell them to be quiet as they woke us all up. Its not very well lit at a night time and I wouldnt be happy having to walk to washrooms in the dark.

Thank you for acknowledging Lindas help and cheerful greeting and that you are a returning customer. Sadly we did experience a disruptive party during your stay, I’m sure from previous experience you know that this is not usual for us. Has you said in your review it is a quiet safe haven. I hope this singular incident has not deterred you from future stays with us and we look forward to seeing you again. Regarding being unlit, we do pride ourselves on our dark skies ethos. In pedestrian areas we do have reflected lighting to aid navigation but we do recommend bringing a torch during your stay.

Не понравилось: Unfortunately we didn't check first (as we were only in the area for a few days), but family sites are not really our thing, there were a lot of children about, all of whom seemed to have the code to the shower/wc block as they were constantly rushing in and out and not necessarily using the facilities, but that was our fault for not checking . we will defiantly return when we are next in the area but it will be during school time, for the dog walks alone..

One other thing I would suggest, when a male cleaner is entering the female toilet/showers, they should knock first before entering or get a female member of staff to check
I saw a male member of staff entertained the toilet/shower block as I was leaving and there were women in the showers - not something either wants to see

Thank you for leaving lovely comments in your review. At times it can be challenging at to keep up with the washrooms when its so busy, but good to see that our wonderful staff responded quickly. Male or Female staff entering opposing washrooms should identify themselves before entering.
