We come here often and always love our stay. Great location. Site if very well kept with short lawns and hanging baskets.

It was very busy weekend being a bank holiday. But appeared the cleaning was not increased in the Riverside toilets in line with the extra capacity. Usually the toilets and showers are amazing clean. Would normally give 5 stars. I assume just a one off.

Absolute goldmine of a campsite. Always clean and tidy, lovely staff. Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful scenery.
Have come here for a few years now and we love it. Looking forward to coming back next year.
Even on a bank holiday when the site was full, the shower rooms were kept so clean , it was a pleasure to use.
Love this site, it's the best one ever.

Family friendly campsite. Shower and toilets facilities were so well maintained and clean. Kids had amazing time.

Lovely well presented site with spacious fully serviced pitches. Easy walk to Stourport but unfortunately no access to Bewdley along the river path as the next site along has decided to put up a fence and block the way.

Location is great. Pitches are flat and a good size. Grounds and toilets/ showers were clean.

Very basic for the price. Payed for electric which kept cutting out. Then didn't come back on until the next day. Kids play area is small

I thought the facilities we very clean as well as the park.

The staff were very rude. We were sitting up on our first night and were abruptly told to be quiet and go to bed. They told us they wanted absolute silence. You were not even allowed to talk to each other in your tent. We were then accused of smoking cannabis. It was quite evident which tent was smoking cannabis but that tent was never approached. The second night a lot of tents were having fires so we had one. Nothing was said. On the third night we thought it was OK to have a fire as nothing was said on the previous night. At 9.30 they came round all guns blazing and told us to put our fire out. The place is so confusing and inconsistent. When we complained we got a 5 page response that was pure sarcasm. They are clearly out to take customers money and give the hell. I won’t be returning.

What an idyllic setting. Gorgeous scenery, relaxed staff, clean facilities. Loved our 2 night stay

Wifi signal is weak which is difficult with kids ha ha

The surroundings were amazing being so close to the river. Lovely having lots of open space and being able to walk into Bewdley one way and Stourport town centre the other.

The toilet facilities were a bit of a let down this time having to keep entering a code and unfortunately the toilets were never clean (I don’t even think this was the staff’s fault) the toilets were not easy to flush. Would definitely be an idea to have separate toilets and shower area and maybe a further area as people were using the facilities to brush teeth, do hair and makeup and had to wait to wash hands.
