The pool was great and well looked after but very busy!Не понравилось: The plots weren’t clearly marked when we arrived and people were kinda half pitched into our plot number and it seemed most were like a domino effect. When most people left on Sunday they did start marking these out but the spray paint was so strong !
Would have also loved a little park around the camping area for the kids rather than having to walk down to all the amenities as it seems they only have the one park which is quite unusual for a site like this.
There was also a lot of stinging nettles growing out the bushes so before pitching up I had to cut the bigger ones that were poking out back, as I have a three year old who enjoys running around barefoot.
Phone signal was bad for 4 and 5G (3 network) and the WiFi was very patchy .
Thank you so, so much for your ten out of ten review, the view from your pitch looks stunning and we are overjoyed that you had a great camping holiday with us. I really didn’t agree with the price of access to the swimming pool.
Center Parcs swimming pool is included in the price and although I don’t think it should be free at Ladram bay, it should be a lower charge.
For four adults and a small child it cost £33 for us all for an hour.
I know that’s standard at a leisure centre, but when your paying to camp then it should be discounted so it’s accessible for all families.

From previous reviews you will know that we are often praised for the standard of cleanliness across our park, and it is disappointing that you did not find this to be the case in the toilet facilities, we will most definitely investigate this further. As you booked a camping pitch you should have received a reduced swimming pool pass in your welcome pack, this would have entitled you to a discount on the swimming pool entry price. We love to read that you had a friendly welcome and that you enjoyed our beachside location, we hope that you will all return for another holiday with us in the future.
