Не понравилось: Shower block dirty (cobwebs on every cubicle)and not very pleasant smell. Pitches unkempt and indeed of grass cutting and whole site definitely needs some tiding up.Only recycling in one place, kind of understand because of the seagulls but surly some bins/recycling could be on the top Pitches. To swin is expensive even with the small discount for touring and camping when other guests get it included.

The beach was beautiful and the views are great if you swim just out of the cove and look back. Low tide was great as kids could play in the sand. Shop was well stocked. Accommodation was very clean.
Не понравилось: Having to phone and book the pool was annoying and then only having an hour even when it was fairly empty. Some staff gave us wrong/conflicting information about being able to book the pool on the app (turns out you can’t) although the staff may have been new.

We love to hear that you and your family enjoyed our great facilities, including the play areas and kids' pool, which are perfect for small children and adventurous toddlers. It's wonderful to know that you found our pebble beach beautiful and enjoyed the stunning views from the bay. Regarding the pool booking process, we use this to maintain a safe environment based on lifeguard-to-swimmer ratios, this ensures that we can provide adequate supervision and maintain a high level of safety for all our guests. We understand that this may have been inconvenient, and we apologise for any confusion caused by conflicting information from the team and will address this with our Leisure Complex manager. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Ladram Bay for another stay again in the near future.
