Не понравилось: Camping pitch , when we arrived the person who is checking us in gave us our information about the park but no park map, camping pitches are at the top of the hill, if you have a trailer you need to unhitch first on the hill and push the trailer back as there isn’t a great deal of room to get round, once we found our pitch it was heavy rutted from cars driving over the wet grass, a good 3” deep this stated setting off alarm bells as hubby has damaged his achilles tendon, had stones all over the grass we picked lots up but even so there was still lots on the grass from where people have been kicking them out of the stony drainage Chanel running along the side of the pitch, we only got the ground sheet out but there was no way of being able to put guide ropes out, the hedge was not cut back full of brambles and stinging nettles, that could damage the tent if we put it up, we did complain to reception about this, they put us up in one of the small glamping pods which was extremely small and stuffy

Не понравилось: Great restaurant but were told when we got there that we should of booked as it’s very busy and was told we could have a table for 1 and half hours as they were very booked up, the whole time we were there there was no other tables in use in our section. Nothing major but just odd to say they were really busy when they clearly weren’t.

The shop refused to sell my partner beer and wine 🍷he’s 47, we went down for some supplies for the bbq after being out all day and the eldest daughter went with him. Because she touched the bottle of wine they refused to serve him because she had no I’d with her she’s 19, she wasn’t buying it, my partner was even tho the wine was for me, the staff are ridiculous, no matter where we went in Ladram bay we were met with difficulties with the staff…. To go swimming for an hour it’s cost £36 for a family of 6, booked the day before, the day we went swimming the eldest had girl problems and could not swim, they refused to refund us, we didn’t let all that spoil the holiday we enjoyed it besides all that. The best part of the holiday was meeting Keith the crab and lobster man, if we were to ever go back it would be to get lobster from Keith again he catches and cooks it for you their and then that was great
