Due to the field been a football pitch it's lovely and level and we'll drained. You can pitch anywhere which I liked. The shower block is for the home and away matches, but usable but could do with a bit of tlc. Large covered seated area for you to relax in or the kids to play in if its raining.

The site is in the countryside, if that's what your looking for it's ideal. There kings head pub is a nice traditional village pub, food good and staff/locals very welcoming.

Bin could do with been emptied more frequently as over flowing and looked a little unsightly.

Showers could do with a upgrade.

facilities not great with lights not working and no hot water in sinks. no washing up sink. No way to check in when we arrived and no guidance.
Food in pub ok but not great

Really laid back site with plenty of room to select a pitch you like. Pub is on site with a huge canopy to sit/eat in if the weather is bad. Great walks locally.

Friendly welcome received, the site was ideal for my one night stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Toilet blocks were okay, not brilliant but perfectly useable. I would stay again at this site if I was in the area.

A large field behind a pub £15 a night amazing Perfect for us
The food was good and reasonable price (£40 for 2 meals and drinks)
Bar was full off locals, but as a former landlord that was great too see they were all chatty at the bar
Toilets and showers clearly marked (didn't use them as we have onboard facilities)
Will def be back

There was two of us on a motorcycle trip to south wales this was the perfect middle stop to break up the trip, would definitely recommend, it was clean, the camp was quiet lots of room. The food was great as well as the service. The camp ground was level and the grass was cut absolutely great value for the money would definitely stay here again.

At first I thought the food was abit dear but when the plate came out the portions were large and good quality I was impressed, so this is not a dislike!

Great stay. We were the only people on site so we had free choice of where to pitch. Had access to toilets/showers. Very clean and well maintained. Had dinner in the pub. Food was superb. Lovely backdrop, stunning scenery. It was wonderful to have a bit of peace and quiet in picturesque surroundings. Would recommend
