Не понравилось: Freezing washing up as it was like a wind tunnel! Some kind of barrier at the top would be great. Toilets were fine but run down and basic - think the heater needs looking at.
Showers looked ok but gaps at top and bottom are off putting.
No one else was on the site apart from an abandoned tent! Therefore lacked atmosphere but it was peaceful ( despite the storm that night which meant we packed up early after one night!)
I agree with other reviews - would be nice to see owners - no one came to the pitch to check in on us on arrival etc - didn’t know where we were allowed to pitch and no one got back when I text so we just pitched up. The ground was a nightmare for pitching though - way too hard and stoney for a tent. Overpriced for how basic a campsite it is. ( sorry) x

We are a pick your own pitch site and check in is over the phone on arrival, instructions for this are sent out when a booking comes through so we do know when guests are with us and we provide many points of contact for use during stays if any problems arise we also provide instructions on where to pitch depending on which pitch type booked so guest are free to choose the pitch that suits them best. It's important to us that guests feel they are able to use the site freely within the boundaries and site rules.
