Hidden gem! Beautiful, quiet, well kept, small site. Immaculately clean toilet, hot shower and washing facilities (cleaned daily). Phil is a friendly, helpful chap and nothing is too much trouble. He and his wife clearly care for their site and want those camping to enjoy their stay. Each pitch is level, with plenty of space - well distanced, providing privacy. Benches and tables provided, with logs available to purchase on site for use of the fire pits. Local village has plenty of facilities, petrol station and takeaways, if needed. Perfect location to explore mid and North Wales. We have already booked to return in September!

Nice level site with plenty of space. Adequate facilities for a solo hiker on Offa's Dyke. There is a Morrisons supermarket in the village, so easy to resupply and get fresh sandwiches the next day. The facilities at the site include hot shower and toilet and wash basin. Simple but clean and practical. Remember to take a head torch when using the loo at night. Barely a stone's throw from the Path, which was great.

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, good correspondence prior to our arrival.

Phil was extremely helpful, even helped carry my dads tent. 👍🏻

The site is lovely and peaceful, the facilities are spotless and a nice hot shower.

A perfect spot to explore Offas Dyke and Snowdonia.

We will definitely be back later in the season.
