Staff were amazing, we arrived late with very minimal notice to staff. They accommodated us without fuss cannot thank them enough.
All staff throughout the stay were friendly and happy to answer any questions.

Campers that don't abide by the rules. Dogs not on leads. Electric scooters and bikes being ridden around and nearly running into pedestrians

Easy check in very helpful staff and the activities available are brilliant.

We had a great stay but unfortunately ran into problems with campers that didn't abide to the campsite rules putting our children in danger. This did ruin our last day due to electric scooters and bikes whizzing round the campsite and very close to knocking 2 of our young children over numerous times. These campers were not bothered that they were breaking rules and then ended up with an argument between us and them making our last night in easy. Great site but does need more security or electric scooter and bikes confiscated to stop this happening as it will put people of from returning. These problems were reported and I feel that these campers didn't listen to the staff. Something needs to be done as it could be catastrophic if one of those scooters or bikes hit someone. It's a shame as that's the only downfall

Great big pitches, a friendly and well maintained site. The toilets are modern and clean, the showers are hot.
Activities to choose and not too pricy. There’s a great dog waking field next to the site.
I didn’t use the WiFi so cannot comment.

Just home from our 3 night stay at hatfield activity centre. Its been great. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, all the staff were great and really chatty to the kids and me, asking about our stay. We did the aquapark which was amazing, paddle boarding, kayaking and climbing wall (Francis was great), all very well organised and felt very safe. Campsite was very clean and toilet block looked after. Everything very close and little shop had everything you could need. Cafe/pub was great and skin on fries were delicious. We will be back soon, thank you.

Bin area. Difficult to access, one bin was put in the wrong way around. It would help if the fencing was abit lower to enable you to reach the bin lids.
This resulted in people leaving their rubbish on the floor at the other side of the fence

Brilliant camp site, very clean and friendly, my boys loved getting involved in the activities and the staff on site are really helpful. Definitely be going back again
