Excellent experience for first time campers. Great location, friendly helpful staff running the farm, clean facilities and the most incredible sunset views if you’re lucky enough to catch one.

Nothing it was everything we expected and more.

Good view, friendly staff.

Difficult to find a pitch. Having found one and set up we had to move as football was being played within a few feet of the van, couldn't sit outside and when the ball got stuck under the van, we moved. Inside the shop/reception was dirty and dusty.
Only 3 male and 3 female shower - not enough!
1 out of 3 toilets in 1 (out of 2) toilet blocks working.
Toilet and shower facilities not adequate for number of people!
Viewed showers, they were dirty so didn't use them.

Fantastic camping site, with a few fields to chose from.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Plenty to do around the area, with animals on site to keep everyone happy too.
Great little food van which made things easier in the mornings.
Really enjoyed staying and will most definitely be going back.

Great site amazing owners, so friendly and very helpful.very busy, but plenty of space , great vibe and atmosphere throughout the weekend, perfect for families, although we are just a couple. Amazing views from the site and Fantastic walks from the site . We will definitely be back

Everything! Plenty of great pitches with lots of space around every tent, well-stocked shop on site (with great ice cream for the kids), cheap hire of decent fire pits and plenty of bags of logs available - and all in a great location close to Gulliver’s kingdom theme park (also great for the kids!).

All in all a lovely place that we’ll definitely return to.

Beautiful views, great location, friendly team running the site. Good atmosphere among the campers. Plenty of space; was very busy but didn’t feel cramped at all. Fab sunsets too!

Facilities wise, there could be more toilets and showers.

Fantastic campsite. The most beautiful location with great walks to Moneyash and Lathkill from the back of the site.
Very warm welcome from who I presume are the owners. Delicious homemade cakes for sale along with other essentials all available ftom reception. You can hire fire pot & logs for £16.
Toilet & wash areas were spotless. The owner came around the site on the Sundsy morning to collect any rubbish bags.
We will definitley be returning. A little gem of a place. 5 stars from us!

Not really a dislike on our behalf but just a warning, the walks which can be taken from the back of the site are down very steep ground and steps. This walk would be not suitable for everyone. More of a heads up so that you can plan another route on flat land as the whole area is so beautiful that you would not want to miss out on a walk
There is a food van online on an evening doing burgers, hot dogs and greek wraps along with drinks. Also serving breakfast. Lovely food but I think they need to revise the prices. A little over priced making it expensive for a family.

The campsite is large with plenty of space and farmer very friendly, met some lovely people
