Good location and nice clean site.

Showers could be improved. Ground also very hard below 2 inches or so making it hard to get pegs in.

The views are outstanding with easy access to walks in the nature reserve. A brilliant base to explore the oral district.

It has become a very popular campsite which is not a surprise, however it was over crowded and trying to find a spot to pitch took 30 minutes.

Lovely place. Well managed. Peaceful.

Great location. Plenty of pitch choice. Toilets were great and looked after very well (plenty of toilet roll). Loved the fact we could hire a fire pit. Lovely friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. Great little shop with all the essentials. Lovely pizza's available in the evening and other food vans arrived too (burgers and milkshakes).

Ideally could have done with one more toilet block in the fields.

Loads of room, perfect location, friendly staff and gaffer, the cows were a plus

WAY over booked! Told us to pitch up wherever but obviously that’s because you had to drive around for a while to find a small spot. The toilets were far to walk to and the showers were even further. 3 showers each for over 300 people is absolute ridiculous so never had the opportunity. The one toilet block in the main field - there was over 3 - always had a queue as well as they weren’t flushing and some had their locks broken.

Nice big site, 4 fields to choose from to pitch up. We choose the bottom field with a lovely view. The site was family friendly and had rope swings dotted about to keep the children entertained. We hired a BBQ/ fire pit and there was the option to purchase pizzas the first night and Greek style food the second.
The small small toilet block was clean and modern.

The shower block and main toilet block was located at the entrance to the site which was quite away from the bottom fields.

Loved my 2 nights at Haddon Grove, it was my first time camping alone and it couldn't have gone any better.

It was already quite busy when I turned up Friday evening but I managed to find a lovely space to pitch. The views from this site are amazing and it's so nice to be able to go on walks straight from your tent.

I found the toilets and showers to be clean whenever I used them, i went to the shower block early to avoid the rush but never actually saw anyone queuing.

Friday night there was a pizza oven, and Saturday night there was pizza, Annie's kitchen, and a milkshake machine!

The atmosphere on the site was buzzing which I liked, but if you're after a very quiet site this may not be the place for you. Lots of groups of friends and big families all having a good time, as I say I liked the atmosphere but can see how it might not be for some.

Little shop is very handy and I have to recommend Catherine's Cakes, I even drove to her honesty box in Tissington the day I checked out to get some more!

Thank you so much Haddon Grove for a wonderful weekend, my first solo camp was a great success!

Not a dislike but just a suggestion, I would love to see more hooks or even a shelf in the ladies shower cubicles. One hook is not always enough space to put your stuff.

Our first time camping! Lovely location, the hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They had delicious cakes and also firepits with logs available.
Even though it was busy it was peaceful.

Issue with the toilets but they worked to get it fixed
