I went with my daughter, this was a last minute booking, we found it to be a lovely place to camp. Facilities perfext for us. I would definitely return

Brilliant clean and friendly site.. I liked that I could book online and got in straight away. Dog friendly. Motor bike friendly. Showers and toilet blocks excellent and the cleanest I've been in. Onsite shop which I didn't visit so can't comment. Helpful friendly staff. Massive amount of varied pitches .. take blocks for van wheels just incase. Great for walkers or like myself great for relaxing with beautiful views. I enjoyed it that much I booked extra day and would have stayed longer if I didn't have anything planned after. Buxton very close. Pub closed too apparently. Take your binoculars to see all kinds of birds of prey..pretty certain I saw osprey! Got some cracking photos of the Northern lights too. You can add on to your pitch, EHU awnings etc. and can hire wood burners and buy logs... And my little pooch absolutely loved his little pal " Buttons" she came and visited us every day..the odd rope Tarzan swing in wooded areas was great to see, and watching the working animals was just up my street too. Camp staff were friendly and informative... definitely will be back very very soon. I'm a female solo vanner.. I loved they give single occupancy reduction...awesome thankyou

Fabulous campsite! Toilets and showers available and clean with a super new toilet block situated within easy reach of all fields.
Views outstanding!
Amy incredibly friendly and helpful and hardworking.
We had an amazing 2 nights stay (6 adults and 1 dog) loved watching the cows take themselves up for milking and watching the sun set.
The Dawn Chorus is also incredible.
It was our first visit and most definitely won’t be our last.
Well done Amy and co. on a well run, unspoilt campsite.

Fantastic views and very welcoming hosts. Also liked that you can choose your own spot and guests aren’t crammed in. Feeding the cows and watching them being milked at the end of the day was an added bonus.

Water supply (flow) was very poor and literally just a blue pipe sticking out of the ground. There’s also not enough toilets or showers.
Hard-standing is also scarce, so avoid if there’s been lots of rain. Also, no wi-fi and tv signal very hit and miss.

We alway love this camp site. Due very friendly and lovely staff alway fresh and tidy and clean in toilet and shower blocks call if you have problem they alway there to help.

Nothing all brilliant and good and respectful

Great site with great facilities. Toilets and showers were cleaned and well maintained during our 3 night stay over the first May bank holiday. Pitches were not marked, so when we went out for the day in our campervan, we had to move pitch on our return, as someone else had parked in our original spot. This wasn't a problem, as there was plenty of space to pull up somewhere else, even though the site was busy. We will definitely be returning later in the year

Good value for money. Lots of space. Clean facilities. Options to hire fire pits and buy wood. Right by stunning views into Lathkill Dale.

Two party vans ignored quiet hour and were noisy into the early hours on one night, not campsite owners’ faults.

Location and flat ground that was easy to put pegs into.
Nice to walk around farm and see animals.
The owners were friendly.

The toilet blocks can be some distance away depending are where you pitch.
