Facilities are great and location is good for both rural and city activities. 30 min walk to the pubs in Houghton on the Hill as long as you go the right way. We didn’t! It was a nice evening for a hike at least.

The shower facilities were by far the best we’ve had on a site this small clean , warm and great water pressure. We were only there one night , but I wished we’d been staying longer. We didn’t have a problem with the level of the pitches or the uneven gravel, there site was beautifully kept and presented. We’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again.
