So pleased we discovered this gem, what a lovely place! We're seasoned campers but treated ourselves to 2 nights in Sunflower Bell Tent and we can't fault it. Lovely decor, thoughtful provision of wood, picnic table, campfire cooking tripod and pit. Love the eco friendly approach and the nice touches like the honesty shack! Toilets clean and tended to, nice space between pitches and very lovely owners who are clearly in their element! You've gained 2 regulars here. Added quirk for me was waking up at 4.45am this morning to a lamb bleeting in distress and I'm glad I popped my head out of the bell tent to check as I saw it with it's head stuck in a fence at the bottom of the field so I climbed the fence and went on a rescue mission haha! Happy ending to a wonderful couple of nights. Thank you so much, have already recommended you to friends. See you again soon!

The spaciousness & location of the site is absolutely wonderful. The warm welcome from Kelly & Joe (and Joe's Dad!), the facilities including the honesty shack. We were wowed by nature's own bird song every morning & thoroughly enjoyed the accompanying sounds from the aviary particularly from Captain Jack!

Beautiful peaceful site with well spaced pitches. Great site for kids! Owners were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

It's really rural. Lots if great views and scenery. We saw the northern lights. Really well maintained the hosts were dead friendly. And the prices were really good. Cannot fault this place. We will be coming back

Lovely peaceful spot. The owners are super nice and are often on hand to help with any queries. My daughter loved the play area in the middle and I loved being able to see her while I was doing camp. Great stay will defo be back.

This Campsite is amazing - I write this as a non camper who has refused to go for a long time. After investing in the kit and being persuaded by friends and family we test ran it for a weekend - It was amazing and we will be back- great toilets, great warm shower and good well stocked honesty shop - charging stations and microwave and a coffee machine where you can buy great coffee. Little play area in the middle which my youngest of 6 loved. Very clean and well looked after by the family that run it. The owners very kindly helped us jump start our car as the battery was flat on departure. Quiet at night, and fire pits to hire to toast marshmallows . We also forgot our chairs and they leant us 2 for the weekend. An overall friendly and well run site. For someone who has been on the fence for some time GO it’s fab. Close to Knott End, Blackpool and Fleetwood if you get a small ferry across. They sold everything you could think of in the honesty shop- although flip
Flops would be a great addition as I forgot those too 😂The shop is run by the Family’s son to earn his summer holiday money which is a fab idea. Barbecues allowed and slates provided to keep them off the grass. Well stocked toilet roll and hand towels in the toilets. Nearby co-ops for supplies and a great local milkshake farm shop which the kids will love. For the price this is a great little find. I Gave a 3 for Wo-Fi as I don’t think there is any but I didn’t go
Camping for Wi-Fi so it doesn’t bother me.

There is nothing to dislike.

Quiet and friendly campsite. Basic facilities but clean. Friendly owners. Great place to decompress and have some quiet time.
Loved feeding the sheep and the free range eggs.

Excellent camp site. Lovely welcome, lots of space, peaceful, good facilities, great value. We stayed in a bell tent on this occasion and had a great night sleep. Can’t wait to return for either bell tents or camping. Stan’s honesty shop a great touch!!

Brilliant, The hosts were amazing and very helpful, setting was rural and very relaxing.
We stayed in a bell tent, which was beautiful, surrounded by fairy lights. The fire pit next to the tent added to the experience, toasting marshmallows with the little one and watching the fire burn down slowly through the night.
The toilet and shower facilities were basic but were clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend.
