The village of Esholt is beautiful and the Woolpack pub serve lovely food.

No interaction with any human during the stay. We were sent a text message with the codes for the random facilities only. We rang the number given on the text message to request the Wi-fi code to be told it was ‘not known’ and it left like that.
The ‘ladies’ roadside block had one toilet which rarely had any toilet roll and no paper towels throughout our 4 day stay. The ‘shower block’ was only used by my Husband as it had poor lighting and stank of urine. Myself and our girls were too fearful to use the facilities after dark as they were a long way from the pitch, poorly lit and intimidating which proved problematic.
Prior to our arrival I rang to ask whether we could bring along a small 2 person tent to pitch next to our camper van for storage if I paid for an awning at additional cost. This was declined but on arrival it appeared that this would not have been a problem as there was ample space on the grass pitch. Other campers had tents and cars etc so seemed a little odd no to have been able to accommodate.
We will not be staying again.

The peace, been able to watch the local cricket game. Been made to feel very welcome in the club house.

Toilet blocks where sub standard, peeling paint, no locks on shower and toilet doors, light sensors keep turning off lights

Shower block was constantly dirty. My feet were dirty after showering than before as there was mud tracked everywhere.
Unable to control the temperature of the water due to the way the plumbing was installed.
Lights also didn't work.
No instruction about the site and facilities on arrival.

Lovely and well kept campsite, we were pitched on the football field which was absolutely perfect for my two boys who spent the full weekend playing on there. Added bonus was that there was a cricket match on the Saturday next to us which was great to watch. Ladies only toilets were clean and well kept. Showers were hot. Staff were there on arrival and were contactable by phone at all times. Lovely little clubhouse that was open on the Saturday as there was a cricket game on. Situated in a lovely little village only 10 minutes walk to The Woolpack. Definitely a fantastic campsite that we would return to.

The main toilet block/facility where you wash up was not the best but still useable.

Main thing was how quiet it was. We were visiting friends in Shipley and decided to camp as the hotels were few and far between for dog friendly options. The site is immaculate and very quiet. We arrived to a cricket match being played and the clubhouse was open so we could get a drink and sit in the sun and watch the cricket as we waited for our lift. The guys at the clubhouse were friendly and helpful. It is dog friendly and there were a few. Everyone onsite was very respectful with distance around dogs and on lead dogs. We got back late and the campsite was peaceful. The showers and toilets are easy to get to and very clean. We slept soundly and the site stayed quiet til well gone 9am, when we packed up and went for an amazing breakfast at Mrs Kemps cafe in the village hall, proceeds go to funding defibs, lovely ladies, lovely hall, delicious breakfast. Esholt is so pretty, you could be miles away in the country, not just down the road from Bradford. We'll go back.

We went to Esholt as 2 separate families - 2 families of 4 with two dogs.
We throughly enjoyed our stay, large football field for the children to play on.
Hot showers- facilities a 2 min walk from the site.
The village / wool pack is a 5 min walk up the road and is fabulous.
We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Clearer directions needed, maybe give a postcode for the Woolpack pub in the village and then direct from there as some satnavs take to wrong place
