Friendly owners who was very welcoming and helpful, site is lovely and clean , facilities better than some 5 star hotels , has a really nice chilled vibe . Cool little shop selling snacks and other bits , great added bonus was a pizza trailer coming making beautiful pizzas , will definitely return. The kids loved having the freedom to play on tree swings and hammocks too. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Campsite very close to busy road which was a shame but for the money we paid we didn't think this was an issue

The chickens were lovely and the pizza and dutch pancake van that was there on the Friday night was brilliant .

the road noise - but it was my hubby that this was a problem for but for me it was not that noticeable .

There was some noise from the shepherd huts on the Sat but it stopped at the right time so not a problem.

Enjoyed our recent family camping trip. Lovely site located in a scenic spot overlooking the countryside. Clean facilities, small shop on site and friendly owners. We liked that dogs were required to be kept on leads and enjoyed the free roaming chickens (& fresh eggs for our breakfast!). Kids loved the den area with the various rope swings. Overall a very pleasant stay in a good location for exploring the beautiful area.

The only negatives were the slight traffic noise & loud sheep disturbing our sleep (nothing a pair of ear plugs probably wouldn't sort out) and having to cart all our tent / camping equipment across to our pitch due to no parking allowed on the field (although on the positive side this meant a nice safe playing area for the kids). A couple of trolley carts available to help transportation but definitely need a few more for when the site is busy!

Perfect location for access to a wide range of activities including zip world, Snowdonia and the coast.
Alan and Rachael were fabulous hosts and worked tirelessly to keep the site in excellent condition. Really friendly couple who made us feel very welcome.
The free roaming chickens made it fun for the kids and there was plenty of space for the children and chickens to roam.
The site had very clean facilities and a small shop.
The views were beautiful and were easily accessible to both the mountains and the coast.
The small town a few miles away had plenty of choice for convenience shopping, with a co-op, Spar and Londis all within a few yards of each other. Plus the usual takeaway options.
A larger supermarket was also available in Llandudno Junction.
Overall, this was the perfect site for everyone whether it’s for Touring, campers, tents or Shepards huts.
We will be using this site again for our next trip to North Wales.
