Hi Jackie,
I'm glad you had a lovely night with us despite the appalling rain. Sadly when people arrive who may be inexperienced at reversing their large vehicles sometimes they drive over the grassy areas next to their hardstanding in bad weather and then drive the mud back onto their pitches. We simply cannot do more than put up the signs politely asking everyone not to drive on the grass. I'm sure you would not have appreciated us coming down to greet you and starting the conversation with a moan about your parking!
We are a woodland site in the countryside and with two small white dogs I completely understand that you would perhaps prefer more paved areas.
Hopefully we can welcome you back to Dapplewood in the wonderful summer months.
Bridgette was lovely, very welcoming and accommodating.
