Great pitch close to the toilet and shower. Loved the hot tub

No running hot water other than shower so had to wash my face with cold water.

Quite a walk to closest shop:pub along a main road.

Noisy train track which went through the night very close.

The wood fired hot tub was wonderful, the view from the pitch was beautiful and we saw deer playing while we relaxed in the hot tub. A lovely quiet site.

Hot tub (super clean), views, tranquility, simplicity, easy access to water, disposal of grey and black, bins and easy access to toilet and shower. Site also very easy to locate.

We had a lovely, enjoyable 4 night stay. Glorious weather and you couldn’t fault the private hot tub, it was so clean and very relaxing. Kim and Graham were lovely hosts. Very accommodating, informative, welcoming and very friendly. A beautiful site with wildlife and it was so quiet and peaceful. 2 lovely pubs within walking distance (20 mins). A 10 minute walk to golf club bar. York was a beautiful place to visit which was only a short £10 uber drive. I would highly recommend this site. We will definitely be returning again soon.

Booked a weekend away with my partner for one of our birthdays, the place was peaceful and quiet which is what we wanted also got engaged here. The hot tub was an easy use and very relaxing. After hearing about the animals in the fields we were able to see deer at half 4-5am across the fields The owners were very helpful and on call 24/7 if needed. shower block and toilet were always clean every time we used them. We Would definitely book here again. Thank you again

We spent two nights here and saw in the New Year, we had an amazing time.

The hot tub was a dream and it was just what we needed after a busy Christmas, we were star gazing on our second night and even saw a shooting star!

The site and facilities were lovely, it is in a great location. You can walk to the village in approx 20 minutes where there are a couple of lovely pubs and a Tesco express. We walked there in the daylight (country road) and got an Uber back which cost approx £5, to York it would be around £10. You also have Monks Cross shopping park a 10 minute drive away, supermarkets, Primark, decathlon etc.

You can get both 4G and 5G here, we streamed things like Netflix and YouTube by hotspot connection from my phone to our laptop.

The hosts Graham and Kim were lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you both!

Absolutely everything!
Kim greeted us on arrival, and was very welcoming.
This is a beautiful campsite . So peaceful, easy access into York centre.
(We got Ubers)
Small shower & toilet block, super clean.
The wood fired hot tub was the best hot tub we’ve ever been in.

We loved it here! We booked the same morning we was lucky enough to get an opening, once we booked we was contacted right away to see our arrival time and if we’d like the hot tub warmed for arrival. The farm is so peaceful so serene it done us the world of good being there. We also loved how private the hot tubs were behind a fence and nobody looking in. The hosts were a lovely couple and so helpful too we had a slight problem with our motor mover and they helped us sort it very quickly too which we was grateful for. Toilet and shower were nice and clean too.
