Loved the location and loved the cabin. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Brilliant facilities. Amazing views and excellent chance of spotting red kites from the cabin decks. Really close to a town if needed. Will definitely be coming back

Beds - need extra padding on the beds to make it more comfortable. Our 6 year old slept fine just need more for the adults.
Toilets - maybe need another toilet and sink in the men's.

Can’t fault this site. Great communal facilities, my son loved the pool table! The wooden pods were cosy and with fantastic views. Being in the woodland setting was super peaceful, we even enjoyed the rain! A place I would definitely like to return to.

Very quite,peaceful and affordable place to stay,located in good area not far from Brecon national park.
Pods small and cosy with wood burner and everything is located in a forest with nice walkways to explore around woods.
Shared toilets and showers all clean,shared kichen had enouth space to store food or cook you own

Needed some open space for kids to run around and throw balls, play cricket/basketball. I understand it’s a forest so probably impossible.

Excellent facilities, made camping a breeze. Owners were very helpful!

Such a tranquil place to stay with easy walks into Builth Wells. Clean facilities. Kids kept themselves entertained in the games room. Dogs enjoyed lying out on the deck.

Decking wasn’t fully enclosed for the dogs but we did have long leads to tie them up with

The communal area was open 24/7 and it meant that you could grab a cup of tea and chill at the end of a long day. The showers and toilets were clean and the water was hot which was lovely. There was also a 24/7 shop at the site which had an honesty box and was very useful! Tent pitches have your own picnic bench and bbq/cooking area which is nice! It means you don’t have to bring a table and chairs. The staff were also really friendly and met us when we arrived and showed us around the site, there is also a sauna which is £20 for 2 hours! We did not use this but we would try it next time! The huts also looked really nice and is something we will look into! The walk into town is around 20 minutes and this was a nice walk.

The tent pitches are quite close together and we were kept awake by a crying child one night but this is not the sites fault. Check out is also at 10, it would have been nice to have a little bit more time in the morning to get sorted.
