Liked everything , the site kept its natural surroundings while provide facilities required for an excellent wild camping adventure. The walks and location are wonderful. The added bonus to treat ourselves was the lovely Thai food available which is brought to your location.
Enjoyed so much booked extra night as didn't want to leave.

We both loved it, no phone signal 'bonus', quiet, lovely location, a spit from the estuary, nice local circular walks, closest to woodland wild camping on a paid site. We're considering this for our honeymoon.

We had a pitch in the forest next to a river. It was absolutely stunning. Very quiet & a short walk to the beautiful estuary. Loved it. Clean & modern facilities. The owners are lovely people. Friendly & accommodating. Please try Natalie’s wonderful Thai cooking if you get the chance. Gorgeous food delivered to your tent. All in all an excellent stay. Would highly recommend.

beautiful setting, pitches in woodland are a great idea. Camp facilities are basic but it's all you need, you can order a Thai curry from owners which we tried and was better than w have tasted in a lot of restaurants.
Close to Cader Idris, Dolgellau and Barmouth so plenty to do

At £30 a night through Pitchup we felt it was a bit expensive for facilities on site and we couldn't find any bins on site

Nice and relaxing

Couldn't have a radio or music quite just to ourselfs was told no music site but doesn't say it on website so we had to listen to loads of barking dogs and kids running round screaming and no bins in areas no lighting

Very quiet in the woods, secluded pitches and beautiful trees. Pitches well leveled. A wild bees nest next to mine which was fascinating. Checkin was good and helpful. Toilet’s relatively clean considering how busy it was. Walks nearby really good too and river very pretty. Lots to explore without driving.

Lots of bitey insects made it quite tricky being outside. My pitch next to marsh had little breeze and so may have been worse than others. I work outdoors so expected a bit of this but it was really bad!!
The site was super busy for half term and some folk did not get the quiet site/ no music. There were queues for loos and showers and I think they need more. No where to freeze ice blocks and shop open erratically. No phone signal.

A quiet and secluded feel, even though we were in the field pitches and we took the last spot. The staff were very helpful despite us arriving late, and the toilets and showers, though few in number, were clean.
Loved the look of the woodland pitches and would definitely book one for next time. Finding the streams down at the bottom of the site was great and the dog loved it!

This is a great place to have a real break. Close enough to get into the local towns if you need to, and a lovely walk along the Mawddach Trail to the pub. We would definitely recommend this and will be going back!

Had a whole field to ourselves, good clean facilities up at the farmhouse, logs and charcoal for sale, lovely views and walks, ponies in the adjacent fields
