A fantastic, private setup with everything needed for a comfortable stay! The hosts are incredibly welcoming, and took the time to chat with my son about all things football! We stayed in the shepherds hut and loved the firepit, the bed is really comfortable, and the kitchen area well equipped with all the basic necessities. Most of all, the shepherds hut area is in a secluded spot with loads of space for kids to run around and explore. We've recommended it to lots of friends and family and will look forward to coming again!

What can we say, this was our first time camping and what a joy it has been! The pitches are surrounded by beautiful views, beautifully kept area and the shepherds hut that hosted the toilet and shower area was immaculate, very well kept and wonderfully lit in the evening.

We loved our stay so much so that we are looking to book for two weeks time and for longer than the two nights too.

Peaceful, quiet and pure relaxation! The lovely owners were incredibly responsive if we had any questions.

Our children loved staying here too, we felt safe, welcomed and had the perfect stay.

I thoroughly recommend staying here and as I say, we are already planning our return!

Small private glamping field, with cooking shelter, BBQ and fire pit. The private toilet and shower facilities were very good and clean.

The area was peaceful, birdsong in the morning. Animals in the fields nearby.

Phone signal wasn't great. Don't need to be on your phone there, the point is to be off grid. However on occasion it would be nice to be able to Google directions or things to do nearby. The smallest of inconveniences really.

Everything! Lovely small, flat field in a quiet, natural location. Parked up facing an open aspect with a pale view of hills. Clean and tidy shepherd's hut with hot shower and excellent composting toilet. Friendly and helpful owners. An honesty box with nice supplies. Fire pits. Up there with the nicest sites I've ever stayed at.

Nothing. We had advantage of having it to ourselves but as owners insist on 10m spacing I think even at capacity it would be fun.

Perfect for what we needed. No hassle checking in. Had a beautiful morning looking out onto the meadow with our breakfast and coffee

Nice quiet clean camp site. Easily accessible from the main A road. Some nice touches, whilst keeping with an off grid style. Clean shower with hot water!

We liked the level pitch in a peaceful area. The site was clean and so were the facilities, which were simple but quaint and efficient.
Reasonable price and close to some lovely places to visit.

Really loved the site. The toilet/shower facilities are great too. They have a little shop set up where you can get fire wood/fire lighters and snacks etc. we didn’t get to use the fire facilities due to the rain but the option is there for you to use. The owners are so friendly , helpful and welcoming
