Had a spontaneous one night stay here with my partner in a mini pop up tent. So easy and stress free, log burner and logs brought to us in no time. Helpful and friendly staff and campers... we chose a perfect little woodland spot and immediately fell in love with the place and will definitely be returning with my 2 year old as soon as possible as I know she will love it as much as we did! Adorable little farm with friendly piggies to wake up was bliss..! Loads of fun and places to run crazy for the kiddies. Camp is well-kept and you can tell the owners have put their heart and soul into this business. Lovely, lovely place only a 45 minute drive from home, would highly recommend!! 11/10! XX

The site was lovely and we were welcomed warmly.
The facilities were signposted well and the toilets/showers were clean.
Wish we had booked another night (only booked for one night)
Our kids loved the play park and animals.
We stayed in a black bell tent. I could of slept for hours we slept in not realising it was daylight outside

Woodland pitched with no cars meant it felt really magical. Farm animals were lovely & the facilities were clean & ample

A few unruly kids making noise until midnight.
If camping in the woodland area, you will get a bit more muddy than on grass but as to be expected.
Because you leave your car in the car park, it’s a bit difficult to take your equipment to the pitch but they do provide a festival trolley to take your things.

Kids loved all the animals and play area. Stayed in forest pod

A little cramped for 4 people & paid for unlimited logs and only got 2 packs so struggled to keep hot tub warm

Not negatives, just information:

Tents are VERY dark inside, even in broad daylight. A good light is required, maybe even two

Chairs are provided but not a table for your cooking gear.

Be aware it can be a bit of a walk to your tent, for loading/unloading purposes. Ours was pretty close to the car park, others looked like a 2-3min walk. Not much, but if you're making 3 or 4 trips, in the rain, potentially with toddlers...it's worth noting.

My daughter really loves this campsite, very natural and it’s not too busy

no electricity and no water for 2 hrs from the power cut at night so we missing to use the bathroom

Lovely setting, camped in the woods which the kids loved, lots of room even for a large tent. The best part was having the farm animals to visit daily. Well kept, clean site. Lots of hot water in the showers. Fire pit was a lovely touch in the evenings.

Nothing really although a bin in the toilets would have been be beneficial as there was a bit of litter on the floor in there

I had a lovely secluded spot in the woodland camp area and really enjoyed my stay. Very peaceful and quiet. They have some lovely animals to say hello to and a mountain bike track which looked pretty cool for kids. The shower/toilet blocks were really well kept and were heated. The logs and kindling were worth it and the chap that delivered them was friendly and helpful.

Well laid out site, with great play area and lots of lovely farm animals (the pigs are the cutest!) . Clean toilets and hot showers. Friendly, helpful staff! Loved the attention to detail with fairy lights, rugs and bunting in each bell tent ❤️

The website doesn't do it justice. So much better than expected. Need a FAQ on the website to confirm what tents include.
