We liked the location, it was along narrow lanes but access was easy. It was quiet and peaceful, although we could occasionally hear the dogs from the kennels nearby they were not distracting or continuous. The facilities were clean with plenty of toilets and 3 showers (in females). The staff were friendly and checked on us each day. The ground was nice and flat with room to park cars. We were the only tent among lots of caravans and so had a choice of pitch. Everyone was nice and friendly.

It was difficult to put pegs in fully as the ground underneath layer was gravelly. Many pegs got bent to secure the tent down as we did have a stormy night, but the tent remained up so all was well.

Lovely scenery from the bar, cheap prices, great dog field for exercising, extremely clean toilets and showers, with hot water. Friendly people on site. Stan the Manager very welcoming.

This is mainly a residential caravan and lodge site. We were the only tents, however everyone was very nice and welcoming.

We met friends here and loved the site. The facilities were brilliant - lots of them and always clean. There was a great little bar on site and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was a good area to explore.

We enjoyed are stay very much. The other caravaners welcomed us.
The only downside was we are not allowed to bring children ok if you had a fixed site

Facilities very clean and pleasant and the whole site was exceedingly quiet. Our dogs loved the field.
Stan was welcoming.

Most of the 'touring' pitches were either seasonal or, seemingly, permanent. We felt like we were intruding slightly.
A few yappy dogs around, which the owners did little to control, and several disregarded the 'dogs on leads' policy.

Well maintained lovely little site with friendly helpful staff, with all the amenities necessary for the duration, absolutely incredible views over the sumerset plains. Definitely will return!
