Peaceful and close walking distance to the park and Market Bosworth.
Not a bad view from our the pitch. However some grass pitches were dense with trees.

Toilets and shower block inadequate for the amount of pitches. Too far away and therefore never used. Used own facilities instead.
Paid £120 for 3 nights for a gravel pitch for a motorhome. Pitch had space for 3 units, a car, motorhome and awning. Plus a grass strip. We only used up room for 2 units. However was asked for a further £15 for the awning! We paid but thought this was a bit petty.

Close to shops and pubs - walking distance, showers and toilets are acceptable.

If you like the chit chat feel, this isn’t the site for you.
People keep themselves to themselves and don’t even say hello. You are left on your own to work out everything, there isn’t a reception or anything like that. You are emailed a pitch number and gate pin eels before your arrival.


Booking stated you get Wi-Fi, but you have to pay for it on top of your pitch fee. Starts at £4.50 for 24 hours for 1 device only.

The space.

After my heart sinking into my boots at the entrance to the park which looked like a crowded storage area for big rigs I was pleasantly surprised when I turned the corner to see the rest of the park. It is beautifully kept with large and small trees, clipped grass and good gravel roadways. OUr pitch was a large south facing open grass space backed by a double row of mature trees, very nice! The entire park is immaculate. The bathroom facilities are also immaculate. Plenty of hot water for showers and well set up as there is one private shower room and in addition to that a shower and toilet room - ladies and gents separate.
The general area is beautiful. Market Bosworth is a small town with several eating places (but sadly not all are open on Mondays and Tuesdays) a late night supermarket and a farmers market on Wednesdays. This is a site which we hope to return to and will tell friends about. Highly recommended.

Not a dislike but a minor nuisance The bathroom facilities were in only one place by the gate , a long way from the grass pitches and the hard stands further along the driveway. For anyone with a small set up like mine without its own bathroom it is a long walk in the middle of the night. It could benefit from another block at the other end of the site.

Lovely quiet setting only a short walk into Market Bosworth which has a couple of lovely places to eat, can recommend The Black horse but advise booking in advance. the pitches nicely spaced out so not on top of each other.

Toilet/shower block which it at entrance of site is a fair walk at night if pitched at back of site, could do with just a block with loos in at the back.

Big open pitches. Lovely views . Clean facilities and adult only . Also Great location . All booking done via email So Gate codes sent prior which was nice and easy.. no faffing about at a reception to check in .. will be back for sure

Beautifully maintained site, clean toilet and shower facilities, easy self check in, fab laundry room if needed, lovely country park within 10 minute walk, lots of seasonal pitches with friendly occupants
Very peaceful

Toilets a little bit of a trek (although it was raining a lot!) and they’re closed for cleaning 10.30-11.45 which means you can’t use the loo in the last hour before check out!
Minor complaints, overall a lovely site.
