- You left a score of 8/10 for the site’s facilities. Our washing facilities are new and standards exceed the regulations for a site the size of Ael y Garnedd. Although every effort is made to maintain 10/10 standards of cleanliness, customers are expected to take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness around their areas of the camp and for ensuring the toilet and shower facilities are kept clean for other users. The facilities are inspected and cleaned on a regular basis each day to ensure standards are maintained to the best of our ability.
We do not offer or advertise any on site activities at Ael Y Garnedd, but we have a large open field for family activities and a newly built play area for children. There are numerous incredible activities to do locally, which we are more than happy to advise customers on.
- Despite the positive scores detailed above I would like to challenge the score of 3 given because it was windy and that tents were adversely affected by the weather. Whilst every effort is made to provide suitable areas for customers to pitch their tents, we have no control over the weather. Consequently, customers are entirely responsible for ensuring that their tents are secure and fit for use according to the weather forecast at the time of their stay.
- Finally, regarding the customer service feedback, all of your queries were addressed in a polite, professional and timely manner. We pride ourselves on our customer service and constructive feedback is welcomed. Please feel free to contact us to share your feedback so that we may look to address the issues you felt were not up to standard. Our site is a small, family run business and customer satisfaction is very important to us.
