Dès qu'il y a eu 6 ou 7 véhicules c'est vite la file et nous avons remarqué que le nettoyage est vraiment sommaire... On constate les même traces un soir, le lendemain matin et le soir suivant...
Les propriétaires ne sont pas responsable de la saleté et de la non éducation de certains mais du nettoyage si. On me dira certainement comme pour la machine à laver que personne ne s'est plaint avant..1 EVIER (1!!) pour la vaisselle de tout le camping 🤘. Hier nous étions seulement 7 véhicules et c'était déjà compliqué pour avoir l'évier. Je voudrais voir en haute saison 😅
J'ai essayé d'expliquer au propriétaire que leur programme de machine à laver de 20 min ne peut pas essorer... Rien à faire il fait comme s'il ne comprenait pas. Le linge est sorti trempé comme si je le sortait de l'évier (sans avoir exagérer en poids... J'ai aussi une 7kg à la maison). Résultat... 8 pounds et tout encore mouillé avec 5 pounds de sechoir. Personne ne s'est jamais plaint paraît-il...
On entend l'autoroute le matin mais ce n'est pas exagéré.
Une impression que personne n'est présent sur le camping... Une réception toujours fermée.
Personnellement j'ai l'impression de camper dans un investissement financier mais pas tenu par des campeurs...

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the traffic noise. The site is approximately 300-500 yards from the A55 and A5 roads, which is sunken about 60 feet or so from the level of the campsite. This is made clear via our website and can be seen via apps such as Google Earth. Trees and bushes have been planted as environmental buffers to any potential noise pollution. Traffic noise is only noticeable when the camp is quiet and the road is extremely busy (which is infrequent). We acknowledge that the camp is conveniently located to the A55 and A5 roads, and this is more often than not regarded as a positive factor by many of our guests who wish to access nearby attractions easily via these roads. But we apprecaite that it may have affected your experience of staying with us in this instance. Such experiences are not the norm, we assure you.
With regard to the location and suitability of your pitch, it should be noted that you were sent an email with details of your allocated pitch at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. However, you did not attend the reception area to check in and went directly to the field and pitched up in an area that had NOT been allocated top you. Had the instructions in the email we sent been adhered to properly your experience on the site may have proven to be more to your satisfaction.
