This woodland is beautiful and peaceful with amazing places to walk. It is managed for wildlife so full of birds, bats and butterflies

Loved all of it. Beautiful and peaceful forest with lots of wildlife and great walks. We loved the old growth and peace and quiet of the place, as well as the care taken to conserve the woodlands. No phone signal, no people, a real escape. Can’t wait to come again.

Quiet location with plenty of places to explore nearby. The quality of the stay is entirely up to you. Some previous wild camping experience is probably needed to make for a comfortable stay and of course, practice leave no trace, as you would anywhere.

I liked being able to cook dinner over a fire before watching the sunset through the treetops whilst settling for the evening in a hammock. A perfect escape.

Had a peaceful couple of nights in a lovely woodland. Really enjoyed getting away from all the crap in the news! The owner was a friendly bloke. Great to be alone in the woods with the wildlife. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks!
