Camping Internazionale Etruria

If you've come for a Tuscany seaside holiday, you're in a topping spot. Camping Internazionale Etruria is an excellent base for watersports, long beach walks, several cycling trails, sunbathing, nature spotting… Probably the best known natural settings around Castiglione are the Maremma Regional Park and the Diaccia Botrona Reserve: take a bike out for the day around the former to see its wildlife and its spectacular views, and a picnic to the latter to sit among the flamingos, sea crows and white herons. The old town of Castiglione della Pescaia is one of the best-known seaside spots in all of Italy and, we say, one of the prettiest, as it stays firmly away from commercialisation to protect its wildlife and nature. After the beaches, see the famed Etruscan centre of Vetulonia, now with an Etruscan museum and adjacent archaeological site.
