Very quiet site and wonderful views. Very friendly staff and very helpful

Potholes in the sites roads

Shower facilities were clean and spacious, also fitted with hairdryers. Loads of grass space for large tent and car parked with water taps dotted around the tent, so it was never a far walk to get. Lovely reception and bar building near entrance. was great postioning to two nearby beaches which were a short drive away and shops as close as a 5 min drive. on the doorstep of a lovely restaurant aswell. calm woodland walks around the camping area which was lovely to walk along in the later evening. was definitely recommended and go again!

Friendly team of staff, nice pool and entertainment/club house. Fantastic views and great location, very close to Black Rock Beach.

Not always the cleanest, pitch on a really bad slope with limited blocks to assist, a long way from the shower block and entertainment.

Nothing as I couldn’t stay as we couldn’t put the tent up

I was disappointed that they didn’t try and help us as it was to windy and we couldn’t set our tent up and I have an autistic son it wasn’t our fault that the weather changed

Evening entertainment and the effort staff made with the children. The range of activities available and on offer.

Quality of food was not the best, cold pizza`s and uncooked burger.(we did get a refund though). Showers in pool area were freezing, making it a long walk up to the touring showers on a cold day.

I did have 4G signal from our pitch (I’ve seen others complain of no signal)

Pitches were very boggy, I appreciate the weather was awful but they just didn’t look very well maintained at all.
Access to water - definitely needs to be more taps around, we were in the “pheasant” field and there was no tap in the field.

Toilet block always seem to be dirty, no toilet roll.

Great site with lots of free activities for the children, these do need to be booked via the app, however swimming does not need to be booked which was good for us. A variety of good evening entertainment to keep everyone happy.
Shop was full of all the essentials that are needed.
All the staff were very friendly and good with the children especially the stripeys and the lifeguard.

The touring showers were very grassy and muddy, there is signs about no sand in showers maybe there should be a rule about grass also. Also could keep a squeegee in each cubicle so it's easier for people to clean up after themselves.
Many of the machines in the arcade were broken and out of service.
Good idea to make sure you have cash as the WiFi went down one evening so they would only take cash for food and drinks (no tabs allowed) but their ATM was also broken so we had to drive into Bude to find a ATM .

The site was lovely , nice pool , great entertainment.
My children had a great time.
Children entertainment was brilliant
New facilities in the side are nice and clean and have hot water
Entertainment staff and bar staff were friendly

The tent was pitch on a hill which made it very difficult to sit in the tent as everything was slopping
The facilities for showering were dirty most of the time although it said it had been cleaned. Water was cold.
Reception staff were rude
It took 20mins for a broken glass to be cleaned up while their were children running around doing an egg hunt
