Location and amenities was ok, only 3 showers per sex so can be tricky to fit in a time slot, local attractions such as arcades close by with venue to sit and have a drink in.
Staff was great. Short walk to the beach, long coast line so plenty of space. Shop very local next to the entertainment. Train st literally next to the camp ground.

Great place but shame about the people there at the time of our stay.

Pitches far to close to one another, we had to ask the ones next to us to move their car so we could fit in, even then you can hear every thing being said in the tents you was that close,

Kids kicking balls at the tents constantly. Parents not caring at all. I don’t mind kids playing but after the 5th time I’d had enough.

Family’s shouting and swearing at the children with terms I don’t think any child needs to hear.

Only 3 showers.

Feel sorry for the workers there as they where so nice.

Would return, when it calms down

The site, location, nearby amenities were great. Toilet and shower block was well maintained throughout our stay. If we had stayed longer we probably would have used the pool etc at sunnysands too but we only made a flying visit to check out the entertainment.

Our allocated pitch was in the middle of the field so got the brunt of the wind. A number of pitches seemed too close for comfort and then there were also some very large groups of teenagers/young adults all pitched on top of each other. Got a bit rowdy after 10pm over the weekend and there didn’t appear to be any restrictions on noise.

Good tent pitch, level, smooth, great views, good toilet facilities, welcoming staff

The weather could have been more favourable!

Great four night camping trip, two adults and two children (8 and 11). Great pitch (12) next to trees offered less noise and more privacy. Pitches are well spaced out pitches. Despite saying there is tent size restrictions, I called to query this and they said it would be fine and pitches can more than accommodate this.

Free hot showers although they are time out quickly but I guess saves people hogging the showers as only three of them. Otherwise clean.

Great facilities across the road in sister caravan park was a bonus saving us having to drive to Sunnysides site. Smalls swimming pool, sauna and steam room available included in stay which kids loved. Certainly helped to entertain kids when raining. There appeared to be a soft play also but we didn't visit. Has a laundrette too I noticed. If interested in entertainment then this was available at Sunnysands but we didn't go. There's a small complex down the road at Sands offering bar, shop, chippy and arcades so we didn't feel need to go to Sunnysands.

Tal-Y-Bont has been somewhere we've always visited on day trips due to easy access and clean beach and free parking. There's good train links with the park being closely situated next to train station (2 minute walk from campsite). We caught the train to Barmouth one day which kids enjoyed.

We'll definitely be back next year.

Decent size pitch on level ground. Toilets and Showers Clean. Local Pub had good menu.

Codes for Toilet/Shower Doors a bit of a pain as had to take a phone if you couldn't remember the number.

The park is always well maintained, love the fact it got clean shower blocks amd toilet and facilities close by , safe also for kids.

The pitch where we stayed was chosen for us , last time we stayed we were able to choose where we wanted to pitch up.... otherwise all OK.

Easy, simple, safe, not too busy/noisy. Good location.

Some pitches a little close together (back to back), may have been less comfortable if busier.
